That's the point but it is a warehouse setting and your not allowed in to take a tour. Think about it a warehouse and not knowing how many dogs are allowed at once or the square footage. Some dogs need space. Still had high hopes because it was close to work and home and reasonably priced. $28 half day = 6 hours. The application process is pretty much a waiver form releasing the facility from any incident. I loved sending my dog there up until it became more of an obedience class rather than a doggy daycare. No issues of extreme concern were reported until I kept him out because he kept getting sick and he always smelled bad when picking him up. Mind you in the summer at 96degrees you can smell the urine in the air. Regardless I said he is still a pup and needs to build up his immune system. I then as a courtesy to have him re-acclimate to the daycare and was told due to past issues he cannot come back. NO issues were reported. Only to find they didn't want to interrupt "training". So there was no issues until now. When bringing him back he was having an off day nipping. Yes my dog is a feisty character but not at all a problem. He just refuses to eat that day before going which can attribute to the anxiety . Apparently no one knew how to handle him and chalked it up to he is stand-off to the employees and cannot return. I then had to wonder as the girls there who are super nice and they loved my dog and my dog loved going in and being greeted what certification or if there are certified trainers on site. Please look around and compare as their rates went up which is ridiculous for what your pup gets. Other facilities have more to offer than 4 walls and an over crowded arena. The application process and qualifications at other daycares are above and beyond as well as they interview you as a client. Again, it's not a bad place the staff are great but If you value your dog and want the best consider alternatives first.

We we're going out of town for a few days and needed someone to check in and feed our dog. Prior to our trip we met for about a half hour to have her meet our dog, Holly, and go over the details. We chose for her to stop in 2 times per day, which covered feeding, company and walks. Holly, who is rather shy, warmed up to April very nicely. She was kind and gentle. While on our trip, at the end if each day, we received a brief summary of the visit and she also provided a few pics. We are very happy with AAA Pet Sitting and will definitely hire them again. I try to give as much notice as possible, because they are busy. Our dogs adore Carrie and Angie and we have complete faith that they're in good hands. Even if just coming to do a quick let out into the backyard, the dogs are happy to see them. If they have time for a walk, or play some ball, no complaints from the fluffy ones about that. The girls always leave detailed notes of how the visit went and will text me as a courtesy when they leave the house. Carrie has also provided dog taxi service for us when we weren't back in town before the kennel closed for the day. So nice having the dogs to greet us when we get in the door. And they really love her home made biscuits in the Christmas goodie bag! :)

When she brought him in he was shaking so bad and couldn't get to me fast enough. She took my female who is a little high strung. She brought her back in 20 minutes later. Talk about shaking. She said she couldn't work with her. When I took my dog from her her little paws were wrapped around my arm so tightly in which she's never done before. When she first arrived I asked if I could see inside her van. She was hesitant but knew she couldn't refuse allowing me in. It was a mess. Dog hair everywhere. When it was time to pay her she announced that she wouldn't charge me for the second dog. Really? I suggest you move on and find someone else if you've never had her before. I wonder if she's even really licensed. JMO

He gets rest time. So she rotates dogs for a more enjoyable day. If you have a large long-haired dog, don't be shocked when he's there all day. I drop off by 8 AM and he's done typically by 5pm. I dropped my dog off at 8:15 am she is a 12 year old schnoodle mix. A little skittish around other dogs so they put her in a cage til her turn. Today she was kept in a cage for 8 hours. I am not even sure they gave her water because she drank like she hadn't had water all day when we. pickered her up. . As I said we dropped her off 8:15 they did not even start on her til 4:15, we finally got her at 5:00pm. . This is unacceptable they could have easily called us and told us when they were ready for Roxy but for whatever bad reason they traumatized and old dog. I want others to know this is not acceptable, I will certainly find a new groomer and never recomend them to any one ever.

The owner/trainer of this facility is not a good person. Don't take your dogs here…read more We tried to take our 5 mo old puppy to a class here. He is a big puppy, around 43 lbs when we brought him. We had our puppy for a month at this point and know that he always barks at new dogs until he gets to smell them. He has never shown any sign of aggression (growl, snarl, showing his teeth, etc.) and is actually very submissive when playing with other dogs. When our pup saw the other dogs for the class, he barked at each of them to say hello and couldn't wait to play. When we met the trainer, our puppy barked to say hello (again, this is normal behavior for him, just a vocal dog). We were turned away at the door because our pup was too big, too "dominant", and too "aggressive". Without even working with our dog, he immediately said we need to get bitter apple spray and a pronged collar for him. To top it off, he said "your dog has a chemical imbalance in his brain". Incredible rude and uncalled for given that we just met him and he doesn't know us or our dog. I tried contacting the facility after this to get my deposit back and they have not responded to any of my calls or emails. This place is just not run by kind or honest people. There are better training facilities. We are now working with a trainer who took the time to meet our dog and understand him. She loves our puppy and commonly "jokes" about how he's so smart and sweet she wants to take him home. He's a wonderful, very trainable, very sweet boy. If you are looking for positive reinforcement training, this is not the place to go. If you have a big dog, this is not the place to go. If you value the trainer caring about your dog, this is not the place to go. Just don't go here.
