Nothing feels rushed or overly structured, it's just very calm and thoughtful in a way that's hard to explain until you see it. My dog tends to take a little time to settle with new people, and I was surprised how quickly she relaxed. It didn't feel like anyone was trying to "manage" her or push a routine, everything just moved at a quieter pace, and she responded to that. The updates were simple and reassuring. What stood out most was the feeling of trust. Not just that things would be done correctly, but that my home and my dog were being cared for with a level of attention that's hard to find. I've used other services before, and this just feels different in a way that's hard to go back from.

A few hours later I called to see if she was almost done so I could head over. The owner answered and immediately put me on hold. She was talking to a customer that was there for a good 5 minutes and eventually forgot she had placed me on hold. I could hear EVERYTHING and after the customer left and she was alone with the dogs, I heard her screaming and yelling at my puppy/another dog to "SHUT THE F*** UP" and to "STOP" over and over again. I could hear my puppy/other dogs crying and whimpering. It was awful and eye opening! What you see in these 5 star reviews are clearly not a reflection of what goes on behind closed doors. If she's that verbally abusive to the dogs in her care, who's to say she isn't physically abusive as well??? I picked my puppy up, walked away and never looked back. NEVER AGAIN!

I called NAHAH and explained to them that I was not a regular customer but I was worried about Louie. After a brief hold they told me to bring him right down and they would squeeze him in. Very friendly , professional and and incredibly kind to make room in their very busy day for Louie. They diagnosed Lou's problem, came up with a plan of action and now we have a very happy dog. We brought our 7 year old, very small (5-6 lb.) cat in on a Monday because she was losing weight and having bathroom accidents. Blood tests lead to an $800 ultrasound on four days later on Friday, with no interim advice or possible solutions, zero sense of urgency. No weekend follow up after the ultrasound, then the office closed on Monday for a snow day with zero coverage by phone or email until very late in the day after repeat calls/voicemails/texts. Poor cat was doing very poorly by the end of Monday and ended up in the ER, where we were told she was in late stage kidney failure. The vet finally called us the next day and showed zero compassion, wanted to do more tests to find out why she was in kidney failure. If there was a way to cancel payment for all services charged by this vet, I would definitely do so. We ultimately had to do the humane thing that afternoon and say goodbye to our beautiful little girl. If you do not care about your animals and have money to burn on useless tests with no solutions, this is your vet.

So, I was not too thrilled to pay $35 instead. That being said, the owner, Cheryl was wonderful and gave us excellent customer service. Our dog has a lot of fur and she waved the $5 fee for that. Although, like I said before $35 for a self dog wash is a lot of money. Most places only charge $20-25. So, to then try to charge fees on top of that seems excessive. The pros though are that there are little massagers you can use on your pet while you dry them after their wash. The washing station is in a separate room than the drying station, which is different from other self dog washes and one could view this as a perk. A personal loofah and cotton swabs were also provided for our dog during the process. The owner let us take our time during washing and drying. We never felt rushed at all and our dog was adored the entire time and felt safe. I'm not sure I'll be back because of the cost, but I would recommend coming here if you live in the area!
