Their facility is new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The team is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate -- they treated my pups like their own. We stopped by for a quick meet and greet and were immediately impressed. My dogs' first stay ended up being extended due to post-surgery travel, and Pet Caddy kept me updated the entire time with daily photos and notes.
