They offer a variety of special treats and experiences for your pup there, but you can also opt to give your pup a more basic stay/day of play. They diligently checked his vaccines, observed his temperament, and made sure he was a good boy before taking him in. Not to mention they went above and beyond for us. I'm happy to make this experience a more regularly scheduled event for us. He absolutely loved it and his caretakers sent me photos all day. I've included them here.

I have to say that this place is the best as far as affordable pricing for 2 cats I'm impressed. I wanted to give them a second chance. This is the second time I've seen dr mani maheshwari and she's the best. Very nice professional thorough. Very kind toward me and my cats. Leo was very scared and upset that he was there and she had no problem doing everything she needed to do in his carrier as to not make the situation worse. This means a lot to me. She finally was able to confirm my appointment I did get there the facility was clean the front desk. Staff was very busy, but still was able to check me in. I waited one hour to be seen by a veterinarian who I would never in my life take my dog to see again. She was very rude and unapproachable. The veterinarian tech was very helpful and informative. this has a $25 for patient visit fee when I went to the front desk I was told that would not apply because that's only for patients who are being seen the first time and getting vaccinations where my was just getting a consultation and a check up and he was already up-to-date on all of his shots so the doctor did not approve the fee. Very unprofessional, if you're looking for someone to treat you like family then this is definitely not the place.

None of the cages were dirty with urine or feces. All the dogs blankets and beds were clean and it was so nice and cool. All the dogs seemed very happy and not stressful in the least. They even explained the clipboards by each dog and how it ensures everything is done properly when I asked about it.

When we pull up, they get super excited and rush to exit our car and see their human and fur friends. Okay look the dogs are barking, because of "we the people". I had to think about this. When my own 2 dogs have a new guest here they start "going crazy" frankly lol. And when I walk the neighborhood, dogs that were otherwise chilling, you know what they do as people jog, walk by their turf? Many of them run to the living room window and yap yap. Imagine this multiplied by all doggies together at once getting excited. It can get loud. Ask a parent with multiple small kids or any teacher/daycare provider of little kids.... it's not always prim and proper! But everyone is safe and loved. Same here- enough said! The staff is smart, nice and caring and does their job. The rates afford my little ones to get social interaction. This is not a place that tries to be foo-foo fancy bells and whistles dog castle... extra money... just for some BS to be going once you're gone. They are low frills but DEFINITELY not NO frills as they have huge play area and an indoor pool which I can't wait for my dogs to get lessons in. Do yourself a favor. Become a customer, get in their books with the required documents, get your dog acquainted with a couple visits of daycare so you can feel confident and everything's in order for when the time comes and you need overnight boarding for some travel! We've been waiting 40 minutes to be seen past our appointment time. Once the duck got called back before us id had enough waiting with how anxious my boy was getting. Once it went on an hour wait and everyone got called back but us I decided to leave. Unfortunately this place only caters to regulars and emergency. He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.
