Excellent care. Some reviewers said they had to wait. If so, they are well-worth waiting for. Excellent care!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We called ahead. 3 hr wait. Arrived. 4 hr wait. We waited for 4 hours and were never seen and told it would be another 4-5 hours. We left puking dog with something lodged in his throat in hand. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have used this place 3 times now over 16 years when I had a cat emergency after normal vet hours. Once to keep an old cat alive, but twice to have very sick old cats to sleep. I never appreciated them until I went to another emergency vet, Blue Pearl, and had a terrible experience. Blue Pearl kept telling me how much their fees were and didn't really do anything to help my cat. Here price was never talked about. All they cared about was stabilizing my cats if possible and getting them ready and comfortable for the end. They also help the owners get comfortable with the end of life of their pets. Setting the cremation and even doing a paw print for free. Yes, the fees are higher than a normal vet, but not has much as other emergency vets. I hope I will not need them for a while, but glad they are still there all these years.

I had to bring my 12 year old American Eskimo/cocker spaniel mix here and they were wonderful. Unfortunately my girl was deteriorating in health and we had to euthanize her but the staff was so wonderful and caring and respectful to our sorrow. Myself and my family will be forever grateful for your professionalism and courtesy you showed us.

This is the carry case she was kept in during labor at Affiliated Vet.

Avoid this place like the plague. On 4/24/25 my imperial Shih Tzu went into labor, She delivered the 1st pup at home, it died. I called ahead to Affiliated Vet. When I arrived I was told that there was a 2 1/2 hr wait. They wanted me to sit in the lobby with my dog in a soft carry case. When I told them to cancel the check-in, they took her back and said they would do the X-ray and blood work. A man came in and checked in with a 50-60 lbs dog who was having problems breathing, One of the assistants came picked him up and carried him to the back to give him oxygen, tell the man that he can come and sit with the dog. I sat in the lobby for four hours. Never once was I allowed to see my dog , I was to an exam of came in every 30 minutes or so, with some type of procedure with the cost asked me to sign documents. I was told that the puppy that was still inside of her deformed and had shadow breathing after being x-rays, exam and ultrasound was $500. I was then told that she needed a C-section which would cost $4900 when I told them I could not afford that I was asked what could I pay she disappeared again came back in 30 minutes with a price of $2900. I said no to give me my dog. I that I can apply for credit. I was given a brochure I was not approved later on. I found out it was because I have a block on my credit report after another 30 minutes I was lead to a place in Michigan and told that it be $1500 to walk door delivery would be $2900 again I asked for my dog so I could leave. I was told that she was delivering the next puppy that the head was out, I told them I wanted to see my dog. I was not allowed again. I don't know if they ever took her out of her carrying case. I was finally brought my dog and here 2 deceased pups. I asked what was I suppose to do with them, I was then told that it cost $45 each to dispose of them. When I came in I was told that they would dispose of the pup at no charge. I was not given any after care instructions or meds, I was told I would receive a email which I didn't get. When I called back the after care instructions was to see my dogs vet within 2-3 days. My vet told me she should have been seen within 24hrs. WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Great care when both my dogs were hit by a car. They clearly care about the pets they take care of!

I have interacted with many different veterinarian places and animal hospitals and this is hands down the best one I have ever dealt with! They not only genuinely care about the wellbeing of your animals (which ironically is hard to find in some vets) but they also specifically avoid doing the upsell or countless tack-on things you see on invoices at many places. Ever since I found them, they have exclusively received my business for my pet health needs. But don't even take my word for it; when you arrive for an appointment you will find many others there that will sing the same praise and explain why they only choose to take their fur babies to this place. My only regret is that this review only allows up to 5 stars as they genuinely deserve twice that amount.

Told us it maybe cancer but needed another test. Gave the cat a rabies shot and Revolt. Gave us anti-biotics and steroids. Went back and did another text. Numbers went down but no diagnosis. Did another text, negative for lymphoma. Though she might have a chance. But they wanted another test. We took her elsewhere and that Vet said she was dying and no chance for recovery. So the new Vet said no more test, no need to take any more money, just say your good-byes. My complaint is Healing Care had us pay for rabies and Revolt thatt the cat was never going to live long enough to need. Total over $800 for all tests and unnecessary drugs. And worst part is we keep thinking the at had a chance to recover. If your animal is sick, don't take it here.

Had an 11am appointment today and took both my sweet orange kitties Leo and Zion in for their annual shots. I have to say that this place is the best as far as affordable pricing for 2 cats I'm impressed. I wanted to give them a second chance. This is the second time I've seen dr mani maheshwari and she's the best. Very nice professional thorough. Very kind toward me and my cats. Leo was very scared and upset that he was there and she had no problem doing everything she needed to do in his carrier as to not make the situation worse. This means a lot to me. The vet tech Shannon was amazing too! Thanks guys. My cats are doing very well because of you. Also note: dr maheshwari saved my cat Zion from an infection last yr in Dec and he's doing quite well! Thanks Dix. I will be back.

She finally was able to confirm my appointment I did get there the facility was clean the front desk. Staff was very busy, but still was able to check me in. I waited one hour to be seen by a veterinarian who I would never in my life take my dog to see again. She was very rude and unapproachable. The veterinarian tech was very helpful and informative. this has a $25 for patient visit fee when I went to the front desk I was told that would not apply because that's only for patients who are being seen the first time and getting vaccinations where my was just getting a consultation and a check up and he was already up-to-date on all of his shots so the doctor did not approve the fee. Very unprofessional, if you're looking for someone to treat you like family then this is definitely not the place.
