An update. After further discussion with a manager, the company decided to refund my money for the fish - so I'm happy about that.

I will never shop at Pet Food Center again! I bought one guppy and it died. Returned it to get it replaced. They checked my water and all was good. Got a new guppy, it died. Returned it. They checked my water, it was fine. Got a new guppy, it died!! Third guppy dead! Returned it and wanted a refund and they had the nerve to say they wouldn't give me a $3.99 refund!! I demanded a refund and I got it, $3.99. I will never shop there again! My water fish tank is perfectly fine. All of my other fish are alive! I recent it that some employee dis not want to follow-through on the stores guarantee. ​ read more

I gave this business only 2. I found an item that they have marked as being "perfect for hedgehogs and rats". My family owns pet rats and the cage Pet Food Center is selling is almost the worst possible habitat for them! I asked the cashier who I would need to contact about a concern and they literally stared at me and wouldn't answer. I went to the PFC Facebook page. I messaged them and received a reply July 9. The person said they would "look into it". Today is July 13 and the item is still being sold as appropriate for rats. This may seem like a minor complaint, but any responsible pet owner wants the best for their pets...we want them HAPPY, not just surviving. We have 10 pets in our house, and Pet food center will no longer have my business. I'll take it somewhere that chooses to sell items that are safe and appropriate for the pets that will live in them! read more

Amazing Place. I love how the staff is always there to help with all my needs. Anything from fleas to tics, they're always willing to help!

This store used to be amazing, but the new management is bringing it downhill fast. Everyone in there used to be nice, friendly, and almost felt like family to the regulars. Now though, they are very focused on only one thing. Your money. Half of the time they don't even care about the money, they just want to be rude. They will call you stupid and talk about you to other employees. Saying how they'll kick you out, or you have no clue what you're doing. Honestly I'm disappointed in them. Purchased a Cockatiel there on April 1st 2022 and was assured it was healthy but it came with no guarantee. It died suddenly on April 5th. When I contacted the store I was told there was nothing they could do. Having raised birds for over 50 years I am sure this bird was sick when it was sold to me. Sincerely Greg Davis read more

Great for all basic pet supplies and has a friendly staff, I feel that they all care a lot about their animals and are always ready to help!
