As of 5/19/2025 I have reached out to the store for the owner to discuss and no where in sight and new owner who took over store stopped this discount even when the corporate allows it! I purchased 35 lb of Hills Science dog food this afternoon. When I got home, I realized I did not get small bites. I returned to the store 15 minutes later. I wanted to exchange for the small bites, same flavor, same size bag. I had used a 40% off coupon that was mailed to me. They would not honor the price paid with the 40% off coupon. They were going to charge me $35.00 more, because the coupon could only be used once! I was not trying to use the coupon twice. I did not get to use it at all! This is not right! I think I should have gotten the correct bag of dog food for the price I originally paid! I got a refund! I will never use this store again! The girl at the register was playing with a live snake! This is very unprofessional! This girl should be fired! read more

I have used this location multiple times to pick up a specialized cat food. Trip 1 - Went in store as I had never gone there before. Found the flavor I needed, but not the correct size. They said they could special order it. Took my name and number and ordered it and it was available within a week or two. Trip 2 - I called ahead as I knew from the first visit it was special order. I was told that the flavor and size I needed was indeed there. I go in store to pick it up, and it was the right flavor, but the small bag. They again had to special order my cat food. Trip 3 *phone call* - I called ahead and asked them if I could place a special order for my cat's food. They again tried to tell me that it was in stock and available (even after specifically telling them that I needed the 12 lb bag). I asked if they could double-check because of my previous trip's experience. She then confirmed that she only had the 4 lb bag and not the 12 lb bag. So I asked if I could place the order. She said they don't take special orders over the phone. Even though with the special orders I had placed in the past they only took down the product, my name, and my phone number. I asked politely if there was a way I could just go ahead and order it over the phone since they only needed two pieces of information from me and I'd rather limit my exposure in stores at the moment. She said that I could either come in or go to the website. The website was very slow and by the time I had found the catfood that I needed special ordered, it would not allow me to special order it. -.- I always like this place and enjoyed that it was close by, however, I found the brand and size of cat food that I needed from another online source that the website worked well. Long story short - Great customer service if you go in store. Trying to get anything done over the phone, not so much. read more

My favorite place for pet supplies. They have a huge selection of pet food and treats. I only shop for my dogs but they also have so much for other pets. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Store is always very clean and well organized. Will definitely continue to shop here! read more

Not impressed. When you are in line to pay for quite some time at the 1 register open and they finally bring another cashier to the front, do not pull the people from the back of the line. Have never had a goid experience here and definitely will not return! read more

Self-service dog bathing is available. Used it for my German Shepherd. Includes shampoo (4 to choose from), dryer, towels, and even a rubber-coated apron so you don't get too wet. Next time, rain boots will be worn but only because my dog kept trying to escape. The entire wash / dry process took maybe thirty minutes whereas at home it's at least two hours. The time savings alone was enough to make it worthwhile. But, of course, not having to (try to) clean the dog hair from our bath tub is the cherry on top. We brought our own grooming brush and I asked for a trash can to put wads of dog hair in. A sweet employee got right on it. The only bad thing, and this is where they lose a star) was not to do with dogs but rather the dozen or so dead beta fish which were on display right outside the wash station. The employees (4 or more) who stoped by to peek at my dog and ooh and aah over her seemed to be animal lovers, so I'm going to think the fish died due to some stress or mishandling & hope to never see that cruel spectacle again. First wash was free ( since they are newly open ones this week-I think) then, it's $5 per wash; or 5 washes for $25. read more

I stopped in to pick up some cat supplies as this store is close to home. The staff greeted me as i entered and asked if I needed any assistance. The store has a very welcoming feel, and i really appreciated the help with the loading and unloading of litter from the cart and even to my car. Also found great prices.
