Communication on pricing is horrible. Charged almost $200 to groom my small cockapoo. I've never paid more than $100 and I've taken him there multiple times. I feel like I was taken advantage of and they should've discussed pricing before hand. read more

Just moved to the area... So started searching for a groomer for our two dogs, a golden and an Australian shepherd mix. After going to Petco a couple times, we found this place based on all the great reviews. They did an average job on the grooming and way too overpriced. My Aussie is 13 and not very active and cost $95. Walked out spending $195 in total. That's just ridiculous. That's about $50 more than any other place I've been over the past several years. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. Anyway, unless your money grows on trees. save some money and do some research. read more

I paid almost $300 for all four of my English bulldogs, but they did a terrible job. My dogs came back scared and dirty. They didn't even clean my dogs, and I could have easily bathed them myself. Their ears and faces were extremely dirty still. All they did was spray them with fragrance and make them smell. So disappointing! Don't recommend coming here waste of time and money. We dropped them off at 10am and picked them up around 3pm... waste of time when they didn't even bathe them correctly. Photos attached below. read more

I moved to Menifee two years ago and as with so many people had to begin the search for a new groomer. Prices in California were sticker shock for me. I found Pet House and Spa and have been very happy with the grooming experience and find their prices better than most. The dogs have never been excited to go to a groomer but it's important that they don't come home stressed out because that is an indicator of how they're treated. My dogs have always come out looking beautiful and happy. Pet House and Spa completes their grooming timely and we can usually get an appointment quickly. I've been very happy with the service and how my dogs are treated and how they look. I now consider them my go-to groomer here in Menifee and recommend them when friends comment on how lovely my pups look! read more

We've been here twice now with our adorable Abbey. She was groomed by May. We've been very pleased. There was a little misunderstanding on how we wanted the hair on her head cut. But every effort was made to please and the fur will grow back. But I like plenty of fur on her head because we can braid it or make pony tails. I have to wait for it to grow now, but everything else was great. The owner and staff is very friendly and want to please. Never hesitate to take your dog here. We will be regulars. Glad to have found a place, since Petco REALLY disappointed us. read more

Was fine the first couple times but this last week I took my dog and he came home was acting very strange , day after he was throwing up and had diarrhea and was crying for no sudden reason and very sensitive to touch. After a vet visit he contracted fleas and ticks and had bites all over. He is an inside dog and doesn't go out much and only change of environment was this place. read more

I am so upset, I cannot believe the ethics of this place. My little dog had a grooming there a few days ago. The next day he seemed to not be feeling well. He sat around all day, not walking much or being himself. That went on for a couple of days so I took him in to the vet. Imagine my horror when the vet showed me a cut on my dog's penis! I was in disbelief! I took the $77 vet bill to them and asked them to reimburse me for it, they refused. I asked them to reimburse me for the grooming in which they cut my dog's genitals, they refused. The owner even went so far as to argue with me about the vet's diagnosis and say that he was not cut, the hair was just short and he was irritated. Seriously??!! I have an ointment that I have to put on his cut 3 x a day and he has to wear a cone for a week - for too close of a shave??? I think not! Unbelievable that they would flat our refuse to make up for their mistake. They clearly do not care about the animal if keeping my money for hurting my dog was more important to them. The arrogance was unreal. Enter this place at your own risk - hopefully your dog comes out better than mine did! They'll never do the right thing if they make a mistake, just know that.
