We had a great experience. Our dog is extremely hearty and healthy. We would use them again.

You shouldn't be selling animals for profit! Especially in the condition they're in. Shame on you!

I'm on a trip from the midwest to my home in Florida. Stopped here today to see the kittens. They were snoozing, but we saw some of the other animals. The mall pet store in my hometown is creepy and gross--the animals are from puppy mills, it's overstocked, and it always smells. Pet Land was the opposite! The puppies are allegedly from reputable local breeders; it doesn't smell at all, despite the wide variety of animals; and they seem to be very responsible with their pet maintenance. For example, there is a small fence set up in the middle of the store so the puppies can play, get exercise, and interact with visitors. My mom visited the store earlier in the day. Indeed, they'd switched out the puppies in between so they'd all get exercise! They let me hold a bunny, too! They had a wide selection of more obscure animals in the back room (but still visible), like snakes and spiders and guinea pigs. I came back later to buy a cat crate for cheaper than Walmart has them online. The people there were nice, the prices were reasonable, and the animals seemed happy. I'd recommend it! read more

They do not take care of their animals the birds are packed tightly in a small cage with only 1 thing of food and water the others are locked in a room not the best place to get a pet especially a bird read more

Very very bad service. We were Never greeted until we had to walk over there to the employee. Then she was Very rude and acted as if she was busy when all she did was sit down and look on the computer. When we spoke with the owner about the poor service, she responds, "I can't control my employees I wish I could but..." Then on top of that they ignored the next two people that came in after. There is an Employee at this facility by the name of Angel that is very rude. I received a puppy as a gift on Saturday 11/05 and was advised to take puppy to the vet within 48 hours in case something may be wrong to receive a full refund; we were also recommended to got to Griffins Vet and that Sunday 11/6 would not be included in the 48 hours due to the vet being closed and if we could not make it by Monday to call the pet shop. Well I called and spoke with Angel and explained I live in Atlanta (1 hour away from vet) and I was unable to get a day off from work until Tuesday and that we were advised by another employee to call if we were unable to make it. Then Angel replies "Well I don't know why someone would tell you that became 48 hours is 48 hours and there are no excuses" I advised to Angel I was not making excuses I have to work and was trying to tell her that when the puppy was bought it was after business hours on Saturday and the vet was closed so 48 hours would technically be Tuesday morning and she hung up the phone in my face. My friend that purchased the puppy for me was very upset because he was told that we could call in and then we received that answer from Angel. The amount of money that he spent on the puppy and we receive horrible service behind it make me very upset. This is my second puppy from this pet shop and both times were horrible service from Angel and I would never come back or recommend anyone go here.
