This is not a place I will ever work at the owner sees theses dogs as a number. They wash the dogs three to four at a time allows the bather to use tools to pull hair out of ears. I've seen the owner and another groomer hit dogs over and over as the dog is cowering in the corner. It always smells and is gross ! Also does not use towels to dry the dogs they just straight use a dryer with the other dogs in the house tub shaking, it's so sad! If u have been taking ur babies here and they r scratchy kissing there hair have eye problems ( because they wash four faces with the shampoo sitting on there face while the others are getting washed) and scared ! Ur babies are just a number to this owner! read more

WOW, this place is great. We were traveling and had a friend of a family member recommend them. They got our dog in the same day. The were friendly and professional. Best of all got a great haircut on Zak for half the price of the big chain pet stores. I am picky about these sort of places and I will be back again when in the area. I had three dogs with me, two miniature schnauzers and a yorkshire terrier. My Schnauzers had there shots and rabies in 2019. My mom's Yorkie, not quite sure we don't have records with us because we just moved here from SoCal and our belongings are being shipped here. We didn't think we would need to get our dogs groomed so soon and didn't think about saving the dogs paperwork on the side. They called our old animal hospital to confirm shots about our three dogs. I can understand about turning away my mom's dog who wasn't up to date but my two Schnauzers who were up to date were also turned away. I was told over the phone when I was explaining our situation that they could let this one slide as long as the one dog didn't look sick. I'm more upset that my two dogs were turned away and being told that they would let a 'freebie' one time over the phone days prior to the appointments. read more

Absolutely a wonderful groomer! We were new to the area and I was so pleased that even during this covid-19 time they could take my Aussie in for a much needed shave. They did an excellent job! I will use them as long as we are in the area! Very reasonable rates too! read more

I had an emergency case of matted hair on a rescue puppy and called the owner for a shave down to give the dog some relief. I was so happy when she sounded concerned and said to bring the dog right down and she would get to him as soon as she could that day. No appointment and I was so happy to see the dog without the mats and so happy to be a puppy and move around without pain! 5 Star for caring for my new pet and not turning me away on your busy day. read more

I have talked my standard poodle to them since he was 8 weeks old which has been about 14 months now. All has been good until today. The owner said I need to find another groomer because her groomer is scared to death to groom my dog because I complain. My complaints: 1. At pickup I learn they are charging me $20 more per groom. I was paying the same since his first full body groom and now it's easier because I go full body short cut with pompoms. I said I'll be a little more picky with things like his anal glands and nails not being done when it's what I ask for. 2. About three grooms prior I asked the person to trim his forehead a little more, she takes him back and the owner comes out saying his forehead was still puppy hair, I said oh, ok, yeah if that needs to grow more that's fine. All that was said. If I really wanted to complain I'd complain about my dog taking over 4 minutes to drink water when he got home. This is the norm, this time I recorded him drinking and you'd thought he was dying of thirst. The owner is always very hyper and talks fast as if she's spazzing out and doesn't let the customer get a word in and does not care about the customer. read more

I had to take my doggy here on a last minute emergency because her usual place was full. Dropped her off 12/29 and picked her up 1/2. When I picked her up I noticed a big scratch on her nose. They said it was from the first night of her stay. She tried to break out her cage from the thunder storm. They didnt tell me any of this when I called to check on her. When we got home, I did an inspection of her body. Her lips looks like she caught an infection. She has a big bruise on her chest. A big bruise and scratch from the bottom of her belly to her rib cage. It still looks new since its very red still. Her private has dried blood around. Mind you, they did not tell me anything about any of this when I called to check on her. My dog came home with this really baf smelling odor. This is the worst place I have ever experienced. read more

Monday, May 9th 2016, I had an appointment at 9:00 for my yorkie's grooming. I guess Adorable Pets have bad days too, because they sure didn't do an adorable cut on my furbaby at all. I really think they should refund my money but I guess that isn't happening. I suggest you take your furbaby somewhere else cause they sure did an amateur job on my baby. I've called twice and they haven't returned my call yet. Thirty-five dollars is a lot when you have to pay again for someone to straighten out this mess. Not happy with the service I received!!! read more
