However every single thing after was all downhill. I got an appointment from the website, which does not include prices. So I do feel like she made up prices after she saw us. On the day of the appointment, Cara called and wanted to cancel because her grooming van generator wasn't working. After clear disappointment in my voice, because this was within the hour of the appointment window, and letting her know I had already put the cats in Their carriers, She offered to give us a discount if she can plug up to our garage. When she finally showed up, she gave our one cat a really great deshedding. When it came to our second cat who was long haired, she offered to do a lamb cut which she described as longer than a lion cut, and I was talked into it. The issue came from the fact that she DID NOT FINISH my cat. She said he was stressed and she would feel better if her partner could come help hold the next day. (I work in animal welfare but she claimed it was for insurance purposes). The next day, Saturday April 4 she gave three different excuses to not show up. She cut herself, she got robbed that's when she cut herself, and now she had no money to fix the generator. Being a caring person, I was hoping that was not the case and that she feel better. She said she would regroup and come Monday. I said yes, her van was being repaired and she never initiated a time or anything to come however I let her know I would be free. After the week, I asked for a partial refund. Because one of my cats was HALF SHAVED. He was uncomfortable and I got him reshaved at another groomers. It was extremely uneven and chopped the new groomer said. I wanted a partial refund to cover what I had to spend because Cara was so unprofessional and uncommunicative in regards to her business. To make matters worse, whatever service she's using to book appointments sent a generated message on the 21st of I wanted to come back. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It's the furthest thing to Holistic. Edit: notice how in her reply she is so unprofessional she drags my personal affairs into it. He tipped her because we are kind people, however now we know we should have only paid for one and a half cat. Again, that is my complaint that the service was not completed and then the owner continued to post pone when she would finish it. Just say you can't do it. If my cat was so "distressed" and "aggressive" why would she offer to come back the NEXT DAY to finish, and never come back after a week! Also, the groomer down the street loves him. LOL. So sorry she spent a whole hour in a half doing a half of a job. The unprofessionalism is in the proof people.

Yes the socialization is great but the best part is that I get him back EXHAUSTED which says a lot because he is incredibly high energy. I board both my dogs there when we are out of town. I have a Senior lab mix who I know receives all the attention and care she requires, even in her declining health. My younger dog who attends daycare takes advantage of the cage free boarding. Daycare all day, and no kennel at night - which is great because being crated is not something he has ever done well with. Some extra peace of mind for both my dog and me. Carlos, Amanda, and the rest of the team take care of my animals as if they are their own. Anytime I leave one or both of my dogs with them, it's a stress free experience for me knowing my dogs are in such good hands and for my animals who get loved and doted on while in their care. You can tell these are people who love animals and greatly care about their wellbeing. I've been using 1 Stop 4 Paws since they opened and it's the best daycare and boarding service I've found. 10/10 would recommend - give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
