The Most Beautiful Goodbye…read more I so highly recommend Dr. Natalie and Animal Angels. When it was time for our 15 1/2 yr old Beagle Mia to go, Dr. Natalies came to our house. Saving us the cold metal vet's table goodbye was only one part of this terrific service. Dr. Natalie walked us through the goodbye with a therapist's skills. She was so comforting and understood exactly the grief and sadness we were experiencing. She gave us as much time as we needed to process the event and she walked us through step by step so we knew exactly what she was doing. Mia had been with us my children's entire lives and I was worried - they wanted to be there but I knew how hard it could be. They'd never lost anyone before. Dr. Natalie made the entire service so calm, loving, and compassionate and it was a much better closure for all of us. After loving on Mia for a good while and all of us holding her as she drifted off, she allowed us to cry and mourn as long as we needed to. Then she gently placed Mia on a cot with comfy blankets where she looked so peaceful and pain free. My boys carried the cot out to her SUV like pallbearers and placed her in the back, which was decorated with flowers and peace rock, and warm sayings like "Never Forgotten", "Love Lasts Forever". It was so comforting when she told us Mia would be with her (as opposed to dumped in a pile somewhere) and in a week she called to say she was bringing Mia home to us. Her choice of wording like that throughout her services, touched our hearts and made this the most beautiful pet goodbye I've ever experienced. I so so highly recommend Animal Angels!

From the very first email interaction they were kind and understanding and when Dr. Jenn arrived that morning she was so incredibly compassionate and took time to explain what would happen and gave me all the time I needed in those final moments. I've done this at a vets office before and there is absolutely no comparison. I love the idea of my dog staying at a home where he is not in a kennel for a majority of the day like he would be at another boarding place. He gets plenty of play/social time with other dogs. My dog seems to be excited when I drop him off, unlike other boarders he's previously been to. Not to mention the price is much better. I would not advice to leave your dog here if your dog does not so well with many other dogs as they all have free roam of the house, for the most part. Whether scared/anxious or aggressive with many dogs. A kennel will probably do better. For social dogs, this is a great option! Isaiah is professional and very friendly. I cannot reiterate how pleased I was with this service! The entire operation was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Isaiah- our main point of contact for our two dogs we boarded- was so authentic, kind, and professional. I am so happy with the treatment that my two dogs received; you can tell that this place cares about the animals they are taking care of. Our dogs were not held up in their kennels the whole time and were treated like actual pets, not just things that needed to be stored (like other boarding places do). We received updates and pictures daily, and seeing how genuinely happy our pups were was such a relief. The cherry on top was that the boarding family was very flexible with our schedules when it came time for pick-up, as our return flight back to Tallahassee kept getting delayed and we missed our original time. I will not be boarding my pets anywhere else but here!

He has never had issues with being groomed before. Now, two years later my dog is still traumatized and cannot be groomed without heavy sedation. I regret not complaining and posting this sooner. I am not the type to complain, and assumed he was being rowdy, but it went beyond that. My dog was definitely seriously mistreated during his appointment and still traumatized by it.
