I love them and my baby looks awesome every time! I'm moving to Tucson, I hope I can find a great groomer there too.

Made an appointment last week and explained that I would need to drop off between 9-9:30. The said no problem and assured me that was fine. Today I called at 9:20 to let them know I was on the way. I was told they don't take drop offs after 9am . I proceed there and the sign at the counter states drop off is from 7:30-9:30. The owner said the sign is a mistake and they refused to groom. Pretty upset at the lack of customer service, being lied to and honestly it wasn't that impressive anyway. Thank you, Next. I'll take my money where it's wanted. I have a standard poodle and they always do a great job! Hands down! Sometimes I take her to random other groomers when there's a discount in town or when my boyfriend takes her to the groomers, and even though I only get her shaved completely they never do a thorough job. My dog will jump in my car with hair falling off her all over looking like they didn't even bathe her! Her nails obviously won't even get cut even though it's 'included' in the pricing.... Crappy jobs... You get what you pay for! I never have to worry about my dog at Pampered Poodles. She always comes out looking happy and clean! I know it's hard to trim dog nails especially mine. She's a black poodle so it's hard to see her quick, but they always do a great job! Ps. They did move from their old location to right across the street from Walmart in the shopping center with the Fort Knox Storage Center and Clark's Appliance and Service Center! Sometimes the address will take you to their old location for some reason. read more

Absolutely awful dropped my dog off at 7:30 AM for a cleanup appointment and did not hear from them for over 5.5 hours. They claimed there's "no receptionist" which apparently justifies their time delay despite him being the second dog. When I called them to find out what was going on I was told because I had told them I could pick him up whenever he was ready that they could just keep him for however long they needed. Not to mention the crazy receptionist who chased me after being paid into the parking lot saying it's a shame because he's such a good boy. Yes it is a shame it took 5.5 hours to give him a bath and trim his privates and nails. I could've done that at home in probably an hour myself. There was no apology or explanation for any of the issues I encountered today and hope the owner sees this and understands how poorly their establishment is being ran. If you love your dog take them to the vet or anywhere but here because I swear I've had a better experience at a damn pet smart. read more

I have heard horror stories about groomers being mean to the dogs, so naturally I was terrified to take my sweet Josie somewhere that I was unfamiliar with. Thankfully the girls here are so sweet and shower my baby with love! Josie LOVES getting to see everyone and always looks beautiful when they are finished with her! read more

This is one of the best groomers I have ever taken my poodle to. They listened to what I wanted. The one time they didn't feel they could do what I wanted, they were very honest . They went above and beyond what most groomers do, and were creative in finding an alternative I was equally happy with. The price is very reasonable as well. read more

We just moved here and after taking our toy poodle the same groomer for ten years, we needed to find a new place. We stopped in unscheduled the day before our appointment just to let the dog get familiar before leaving her there, and they were fine with it. The next day we left her for the grooming, and they did an awesome job. Exactly what we asked for. read more

They did a great job cutting my dogs nails. I didn't have an appointment and they took her back right away. My dog has anxiety when it comes to stuff like this and they were really sweet to her which means a lot to me. read more

Both addresses I found online to the Pampered Poodles are incorrect. I followed the one in my GPS to the wrong location, found a second address online that took me back to that wrong location and then called to find out the location moved up the road. I dropped my dog off at 8 am as advised and was told she wasn't to be ready for pick up until 4 pm. 8 hours? Ok. Procedure? They're busy throughout the day. I understand. Dog grooming isn't my profession, who am I to know that this isn't standard procedure. I own a small dog, 8.2 Ibs. 9 months old. She is potty trained, however, being as small as she is she has a small bladder and within an 8 hour period one would think (especially one who has experience working with dogs) to take her out to relieve herself - she will notify you if she needs to go out. After I brought my dog home she immediately urinated outside in 3 separate locations in the grass, took an uncharacteristically large sized "number two," and not an hour later urinated on her bed - which is so uncharacteristic of her as she is potty trained and has no history of such indoor accidents. She was supposed to receive a bath and a short summer cut/shave. When I picked her up the groomer informed me of my dog's "sassy" and "poor" behavior. She has always acted fine when I leave her at the vet, friends, my parents, etc. When I dropped my dog off I informed the woman at the front desk how my dog had surgery about a month ago so she is shaved on her belly, chest, and leg. If at all possible, I wanted them to cut/shave the fur shorter and to blend as naturally as possible into these areas. When I picked up my dog the actual groomer had no knowledge of this and tried to blame her poor hair cut on these missing fur pieces. The cut was choppy, not the length I had specified upon dropping my dog off and when I brought her home she smelled exactly like the musty smell of the dog saloon (which is located in a significantly aged shopping center). I don't even think they bathed her and subsequently gave her a bath myself that night due to the lingering smell. I don't believe these groomers took my dog out to pee or poop in the 8 hours they had her in their care - which would attribute to a "sassy" attitude. I don't think they took client preference in style into heavy consideration, I don't think my preference was communicated by the woman at the front desk to the groomer, I think the entire service was overpriced for the end product my dog and I received, and most disappointingly my dog was visibly distressed and uncharacteristically standoffish and sheepish in her demeanor when I got her home and for the rest of the evening. I question the care, patience, and attitude towards the pets that are left in the hands of the groomers at the Pampered Poodles. We will not be returning to this establishment again, I have advised my friends and family against bringing their pets there and would advise all others to look elsewhere for their grooming needs. read more
