I was with my mother when she returned an extra small harness she had bought the week before for a small harness. While returning the harness/collar, my mother also decided to purchase a hat. We were conversing with the owner and that must've caused a distraction, as she failed to put the small collar in the bag with the hat. So not only did she have the extra small that we return but she also had the small that we were supposed to get in its place.. as soon as we got home we noticed it and contacted her, but she denied the error. We also asked if she could review the cameras placed throughout the booth, but she denied having any cameras. So now My mother's out $29. But there is a silver lining folks, you can get the same collar on Amazon delivered next day for $10 less.. Please purchase your mesh shoulder harness collars from any of the websites on Amazon and avoid being swindled by this dealer. I hope that screwing this customer was worth it!!!!!

Went into this pet store with my grandson. It reeked! The smell of ammonia was so strong we had…read moreto leave. I don't know how the employees stayed in there. The couple of tanks we looked into needed attention. One lizard was eating lettuce but it was all dried up. Another had very dirty water and another had poop all over the bottom of the tank. Obviously the creatures weren't being well cared for, but that smell was the worst. My husband was waiting outside and said he could smell it when the door opened. Toxic.
