We are always kept updated if there is anything of possible concern regarding any of our babies. One of our dogs is often on medication and requires a different diet from the others. Barbie has actually taken the time (more than once) to hand feed him if he refuses to eat. She really spoils them which really gives us peace of mind when we're away. Any employee that works with her have been checked out very carefully to ensure that they are doing this job for the right reasons. Barbie and her crew are real pet lovers and very professional!!! We have both dogs and cats and know that when we travel, they are all being very well taken care of.
