Before I had a chance to speak and offer my explanation regarding the situation, they were all ready to send me my pet's vet records. The person with whom I spoke indicated that a conversation was had with the front desk people and the vet (who was not even present when I was there). After I indicated that there was no one in the waiting area or in the parking lot, an explanation was given as to why no vet's were available to help my pet. Needless to say, I requested my vet records be sent to me and I will no longer be a patron of an establishment who does not put a pet in need first.

However, they were able to immediately take care of my cat for what she needed and it was pretty quick surprisingly. They were very polite and nice to us, the bill was $100 less than I was suspecting so I can say cheaper than a previous vet, and they called the next day to check up on her. All in all, I'd definitely bring her here again as well as my other one
