For over 10 years, we've always taken our dogs to a big-name grooming facility. But after this experience, we'll never go back. We found Morgan, and she is absolutely wonderful. She greeted our pups so kindly and made them feel completely comfortable before we even left. In the past, our pups would be at the groomer all day -- from opening until after closing -- and I'd still have to do a few touch-ups at home. Morgan had them done in just four hours, and they looked (and smelled!) amazing. Perfectly groomed, happy, and relaxed -- I think even they noticed how good they looked! On one occasion when I walked in the front door, I could hear one of the groomers in the back speaking encouragingly and sweetly to a dog as she was bathing it. She didn't know I was out there. It warmed my heart to know this is how they speak to the dogs when no one else is around! It shows they really care.

We took a chance with this place, heads up you will need to sign up on the app first, have the rabies decal and vaccinations ready to upload on the app before you can get an appointment. Somehow the person who took care of our cat was able to shave her, wash her, trim nails. We had to be called to come get her earlier than expected because she was hyperventilating. This tells me they took her health seriously and the situation and they were successfully able to shave her all over and bathe her to get her to a better healthy situation. I hate that they had to go through that with my cat but very grateful for their help. The package came out to around 75-85$.

I completely understand that some dogs need extra care, but it was made to seem like it was a huge issue that he might need assistance, as if dogs don't commonly have anxiety or past trauma. I was also repeatedly asked if I was sure I wanted to book, even after explaining multiple times that I just needed a simple wash and trim because grooming him at home has been difficult. It started to feel like I was being talked out of booking rather than helped. After that call, I ended up booking somewhere else that he's been to before, and they took him in with no hesitation and were very understanding about his anxiety. The difference in how I was treated was very clear. Because of this experience, I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future customers are spoken to with more understanding and reassurance.

Took my sweet kitty Pancakes here when she was acting very unlike herself…read more I normally go to a vet in Decatur but I moved to Lawrenceville and it's too much of a drive. The staff were super friendly and seemed very experienced. They had to give her a shot and I swear she didn't even noticed that she was given one! At my old vet she use to hiss and growl at this one she actually purred! They gave me some medicine and sent us on our way. Pancakes got so much better and I really have this place to thank! I would also like to add that they were not at all expensive. A total exam, a shot of some medicine to make her eat, an IV since she was dehydrated, and a 30 day supply of pills ran me about $90 which probably would have cost me upwards of $200 or more if I went to the Decatur clinic.

Even our Vet said the customers they referred her to, had no luck getting any responses from her. Recently I was going through my phone and saw her number, and decided to see if she was still in business. She responded to my text and said she was still in the business and would be glad to groom our dog. I set the date and time, and when the time came, we went to take our dog in and when we got there she said her phone was not working and had to go get it fixed. She would be returning promptly after it was fixed, and we were welcome to leave our dog while she was gone, and she would call to let us know when she was done. We opted out of her invite to leave our dog (very smart decision on our part), and to this day (2 weeks later), she has not called to apologize or reschedule. This is very sad because Angela is a very good groomer. She is conveniently located, has very fair prices, fast, thorough, and very good with the dogs. She would definitely be our "go-to" groomer if she was reliable, but because she is not, I would advise you to not take the chance unless you are a gambler.
