The last five visits to this store the bags of dogfood have been broken open. And they have no more in stock. Or so they say hoping to get rid of damaged goods. Staff blaming it on the truck driver delivering it. A few months ago a ripped open bag sat on the shelf for 6 weeks and never moved. The kid tried to sell it to me and give me 10% off. YA NO. Would you buy a broken bag of chips or cereal and feed it to your kids or family? I had told the staff about this bag twice before nothing was done. Yesterday another broken bag and when I asked if there was others in the back again I will give you a discount. what is Bosleys a discount crap store now? When I said no I don't do that the girl looked at me laughed and said have a nice day. The staff at this location are all young people who don't give a shit. Every time I go in there I feel like I am in Mexico bartering with street vendors. For the prices on their product the packaging and quality should be there. OH well back to Pet Smart it is.

People often go to the big corporate pet stores and I think they assume that that will give them the best selection but in my experience the opposite has been true. I often get asked about a really cool harness my dog is wearing or leash or whatever because other dog parents haven't seen it before in the big chain stores. Pets N Us buys great stuff. Aside from the catnip mats, FHPS also carries these very sturdy, adorable orca dog stuffies in two sizes. These make the most perfect gifts and have held up well to my dog's chomping and tossing. Totally unexpectedly, they also carry a vegan dog food I'd been wanting my pup to try and it wasn't unreasonably priced! Their pet food selection is extensive and high quality and they have rows of both dry and canned dog and cat foods. I also recommend their locally made dog treats up by the cash register. I have also done some price comparisons and found out that it is a better deal to purchase pet food here than other chain pet stores. They also have a rewards program that gives back 3% of your purchases (I think it's 3%). If you can't find what you're looking for, they can order it and they will give you a call when your order is ready for pick up.
