They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

I found the staff person to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and it really put my mind at ease. I recommended this store to family who lives nearby and they love the store and products! My Morkie visits pretty regularly, and Im always so happy when I pick him up. He's super anxious, but he is always spunky & playful when I pick him up. Today I took the Aussie for a clean up, and when I got there to pick her up she was SO HAPPY. Anytime I've taken her to other groomers, I've never been greeted by her like this. She was so happy and just seemed to be at home and comfortable. She's so soft, smells incredible, her haircut is perfect. She's beautiful It makes me feel so good knowing how well everyone at Posh takes care of my babies.

I brought my Morkie in, for what I suspected was a possible ear infection, thankfully it wasn't. I told the assistant, I didn't feel confident when cleaning his ears. I always feel that I'm going to hurt him. She took the time to explain the setup and supplies I would need, then Dr.George walked me through the process and so forth. I know something so simple, but I walked out that morning feeling more informed and confident about caring for my little one. To the assistant, sorry I forgot your name but YOU WERE AMAZING! Recently, my littlest cat was acting very weird and stopped eating over a period of a few days. I thought it might be because of the heat wave we were having at the time, but when she got increasingly lethargic and started hiding, I got worried and called Chuckanut Valley. They got us right in! After quite a bit of poking and prodding, not to mention a full panel of tests, it was determined that my cat was likely just hot. It was a pretty expensive diagnosis, but I was relieved it wasn't something worse. The doctors and staff here are always so loving and kind. And while their prices are definitely premium (aren't all vets?) I do appreciate they have prescription meds on hand when I need them for my pets, and offer discounts if you offer full diagnostic panels. I am so happy to have found them!

I asked again what a cat neuter would cost without all the extras and I got some horrible attitude. She said she had worked there for 13 years, she was yelling at me at this point, and I remembered why I had stopped visiting this clinic a few years ago, it's office staff. Clearly this clinic is not going to change and upgrade its customer service skills. When I bring my pet in, I'm also your client. Personally, I cannot get past the office staff attitude. I thought giving them a few years to learn and improve might help, but the bottom line is the money line, and I will take my money elsewhere.

Our pei's loved it so much that we increased it to 5-days a week. They look forward to it so much that they wait by the front door around the same time every day...at least that's what we've observed when working from home :) Michele and her team are amazing, I love that we get a status check in every day that includes a picture of the pack. In addition, they bring in packages without asking. We've also availed ourselves of the overnight service for recent out of town travels, while it can be expensive, it's well worth knowing that our pei's are safe in their own home, with the attention and exercise they deserve. Would give zero stars and a red flag warning if I could. I dropped off a healthy, happy dog. My…read moredog was there for five weeks as part of what was supposed to be obedience and gun dog training. I showed up yesterday for the first owner-involved training and obviously took him home. He did not respond to any of the commands from the trainer, despite over a month of "training." My dog is severely underweight, has sores all over his legs and stomach, thick ocular discharge, fecal blood, kennel cough or an injury from improper use of a choke collar (they did not notify me beforehand they would be utilizing a shock collar and choke chain), and he cannot sit or use the bathroom. He smells terrible. His body language is that of an abused animal. He is cowering and flinches when I reach out to pet him, his head is hung low.

Initial meeting was great and we decided to take our Irish Setter there for obedience training and talked about bird dog training when that was completed. Unfortunately, the trainer (Kane) got hurt and we were asked to pick up our dog. I still don't understand why another trainer couldn't step in a take him because coming back home basically erased all that Riley had learned. He went back for board and train a couple months later. I had to contact trainer and ask when he could come back, I was not contacted. In March I showed up for our training session and as soon as I got out of the car I was told Riley should go home to see how he behaved in a home environment. I was completely caught off guard and felt obligated to agree. I was told to update trainer in a week or two, which I did, and no reply. I texted and asked when Riley could come back to do more obedience and start bird dog training. We were supposed to be doing non boarding training sessions with my 2 other dogs as well. I texted this trainer 4 weeks in a row and spoke to a lady at the main kennel line. He never responded. When I thought back to trainer basically pushing Riley out the door, trainer was obviously having a bad day. He wasn't as friendly and was calling my dog " a little shit" and as soon as he collected the money it was obvious he was done. He helped get Riley in the truck and walked away. His attitude was such a 180 from how he was in our training sessions. Ry came home with an eye infection, ear infection, and caked up gunk (It appeared to be discharge that happens after a wound stops bleeding) at the site where e-collar was either too tight or left on too long. If Riley was too much to handle or he had a problem with Ry or us, he should have said so. Either he just didn't want to train him any longer or he needed the space for someone else. He was very unprofessional and a poor representation of the kennel. Ry can heel (sort of), sit, here, kennel but wasn't taught stay, down or anything further than those basic commands. I basically paid for a babysitter. So disappointed. Trainer really talked a good game but fell incredibly short.

Aside from the catnip mats, FHPS also carries these very sturdy, adorable orca dog stuffies in two sizes. These make the most perfect gifts and have held up well to my dog's chomping and tossing. Totally unexpectedly, they also carry a vegan dog food I'd been wanting my pup to try and it wasn't unreasonably priced! Their pet food selection is extensive and high quality and they have rows of both dry and canned dog and cat foods. I also recommend their locally made dog treats up by the cash register. My dog is a big fan of the squash and beet varieties. Employees are helpful, the store is clean, and parking is decent.

The aisles are tight, so it's hard to get through if others are standing around. Also, the no pet policy is ironic since it is a pet store. That's like going into a baby store and you're not allowed to bring a baby inside. What's also ridiculous is that every other shop in the area has a sign saying dogs are welcome inside the shop. You know it's silly when even the coffee shop allows dogs.
