The file they sent I was unable to print. After multiple tries I had to screenshot the prescription, and print the picture! We take the printed (screenshot) prescription to our pharmacy because it is HALF the price of Petco. They are unable to honor it because it is not a signed copy! Spent 30 minutes with their call center which is out of the country. Got a response 2 days later that Vetco is unable to assist with getting us a hard copy or having the doctor send it in directly. We need to contact our Veterinarian directly! There is no contact information for the veterinarian except the call center! Was told by the Petco staff we can come in when the veterinarian is back at that location in a few weeks!!!! I will be disputing the charge with our credit card. This is delaying treatment for our dog.

If a customer looks completely disturbed, a good employee should read the situation, tone it down, or use that opportunity to politely explain the health benefits rather than just insisting it's "cool."

This job technically share space, and I'm sure an owner, with a local service business, so the hours are a bit wonky, but if you do visit, you'll find informed and friendly staff and a small community of fellow reptile, enthusiasts shopping here. As one of those enthusiast, I appreciate the selection of animals available here and the species of interest to the owner. It's very cool seeing reticulated pythons, bearded dragons, western hognoses, and some African house snakes on display and for sale, because these are very interesting species and often not the ones you see typically but are vastly underrated and less known, but make great pets for experienced and novice keepers alike. And above all that most of these do not require a lot of space or sophisticated set ups or maintenance. The shop is small, but it has literally everything you could need, especially when it comes to feeders. The pricing here is also on par with most of the online retailers so you can support local without necessarily spending more.
