However, since my pup was up for the core vaccines and we just moved states, I took the chance at our local vetco. The staff was wonderful and made my baby feel safe. The file they sent I was unable to print. After multiple tries I had to screenshot the prescription, and print the picture! We take the printed (screenshot) prescription to our pharmacy because it is HALF the price of Petco. They are unable to honor it because it is not a signed copy! Spent 30 minutes with their call center which is out of the country. Got a response 2 days later that Vetco is unable to assist with getting us a hard copy or having the doctor send it in directly. We need to contact our Veterinarian directly! There is no contact information for the veterinarian except the call center! Was told by the Petco staff we can come in when the veterinarian is back at that location in a few weeks!!!! I will be disputing the charge with our credit card. This is delaying treatment for our dog.

I was definitely that client -- asking all the questions, thinking of every worst-case scenario, and quietly panicking about losing my baby. Dr. Fisk was beyond amazing. He met every single one of my anxious questions with patience, kindness, and the calm reassurance I so desperately needed. He never made me feel silly for worrying -- just supported. When I came to pick my boy up, I was greeted by the sweetest front desk staff who immediately reassured me that he did great and was in the back resting. They told me he was such a good, loving boy -- and as a pet mom, that melted my heart. Dr. Fisk explained everything thoroughly -- how the surgery went, recovery steps, what to watch for -- and again answered every question with such gentleness. Anytime I've called with questions (because, yes, I'm still that mom), the staff was responsive and so kind. I truly can't recommend Skyline Pet Hospital enough. All of my babies go there, and I leave them knowing they are loved and in the very best hands. Forever grateful.

1st visit review - Sick pup…read more I called this morning due to my under-the-weather pup and I was so pleased that they were able to offer me to appointment times one in the morning and one in the afternoon for the same day. Staff: the front office staff and the technicians seem incredibly nice which put me at ease right away. The doctor had a little bit less of a bedside manner but he was professional. Atmosphere: it really feels like this place likes dogs and likes animals in general the artwork is cute happy and creative and there's little touches here and there that make you feel very comfortable right away along with being greeted immediately. Recommend: Though I was on time I did wait at least half an hour to be seen which isn't terrible but I would have liked it sooner. Why its a five: besides getting me in the same day and the upbeat nature of this staff I was pleased at all the little extra touches this place offers. From the up-to-date atmosphere and overall homey and clean environment to my favorite, the military discount which always will make me return again.

Congrats!!!!!! I have used their mobile services and was very pleased. There is a charge for the mobile service, but it is money well spent on your fur babies when needed. The new clinic is clean and bright and the tech at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. P. S.These folks also take care of all kinds of shepherds at High Sierra Lifeline K9 Rescue. Kudos for that, because they treated my King Shepherd when he first arrived from the Sacramento Shelter and came to HSLK9! Anyway, I ended up with a great dog AND a great vet! These folks are true professionals who know their subject-matter. They trained our two dogs and…read moreeducated my husband and I with both the on-ground trading as well as their back up reading materials. Organized format in which the dogs are walked through various potential snake scenarios. Trainers guided dogs w/ firm but appropriate commands. Our dogs had been trained using a shock collar so they understood and reacted well. Final test confirmed the dogs understood to stay away.
