I will never purchase a dog there as if this is how you treat a customer I can just imagine how you treat your animals. If owner would like to know who was on shift it was this past Saturday.

I spoke to Nichole and she was kind, and very helpful. I was super nervous because it was my shipoo's first time going to them but she helped to ease my nerves. When I dropped her off she was shivering but Nichole took her and hugged her to try and soothe her. When I returned my dog was happy, beautiful and smelling great! I have to say, I have never seen My baby so happy after grooming but she was super excited. That meant a lot and really eased my stress! Thank you everyone at Dog essentials!
