When I arrived to pickup my dog the additional service was charged. I told the groomer that's not what I ordered or what we discussed. The grooming mgr said it must have picked up from the last time I was here but I signed the contract and had to pay. I spoke to the store manager, showed him my order but his response was you signed the contract. Long story short, my last time there and a number of my friends are canceling their trip there as well.

I purchased my puppy from a reputable breeder (the same as Petland is supposed to do) for less than half of what Petland was asking. And that included a $575 delivery fee to have my puppy driven from 10 hours away and hand-delivered to my home. Also, the puppies that I looked at and played with at Petland left me with quite a bit of odor on my clothing, so much that I actually had to wash my jacket the next day. Theresa said he did fine he let her groom and blow dry and pampering him. I am so proud of my little man "Rush".
