I called and found out that Kayleigh had already left the store. I took my dog for the basic bath package + deshedding (additional $30); I was told to return in 2 hours and that I would also receive a text message that my dog would be ready. Two hours later, I still had not received a text, so I drove to the store and arrived there 2 hours and 15 minutes after I dropped him off. When I got there, I saw my dog thru the glass window (he saw me, too). About five minutes later, he was brought out; I paid and drove home. I just vacuumed the carpet at my home the day prior, but I noticed clumps of loose hair again. I checked my dog and noticed on his left and right side there's a 4-inch wide area that runs from the shoulder to his tail, as if someone ran a mower (perhaps the deshedding brush). I didn't notice it when I picked him up because he was still kinda wet, but when his coat dried, it's very visible. The next day, we went out for a drive - hair was flying all over that I had immediately vacuum the car when we got home. I gave him a bath using a rubber mit that has rubber studs on the palm side. I removed a tremendous amount of hair that it clogged the bathtub. I felt cheated, and the groomer did NOT even bother telling me that the deshedding was not completed. UNSATISFACTORY!

PetCo Clermont FL 1…read moreStar - Invented Rules and Poor Management Customers should be aware that 'policies' here appear to change depending on who is behind the counter. I have purchased prescription cat food here for years using a photo of my prescription barcode on my phone. This has never been an issue. Ever. Tonight, Shelly, the General Manager, refused the purchase and claimed that "additional paperwork" is required and that this has "always been the rule." That statement is flatly untrue. This store has repeatedly accepted the same barcode without question. The system accepted it. The staff accepted it. The store accepted it. Claiming otherwise is either incompetence or a deliberate misrepresentation of policy, neither is acceptable from a GM. If policies have changed, that's fine. Say so. If corporate has tightened requirements, also fine. Explain it. What is not fine is making up a history that never existed to avoid accountability. This is not about confusion or misunderstanding. It is about a manager choosing to double down on a false claim rather than acknowledge reality or verify prior transactions. I expect better from management. Chewy will get my business now. the Joke response from Petco to call this number, 877-738-6742. It was nothing but a dumping ground into the Zombie on the Phone Customer Service Resp. The person we reach: Has no authority Is bound by scripts Is measured on call time, not resolution Is punished for deviating from policy They exist as a buffer, not a problem-solver. Their real job is to: Keep us from reaching someone who can fix it Exhaust you emotionally Get us to accept a partial or incorrect outcome This isn't customer service. It's friction as a business strategy.

According to that site we were supposed to get a dog that was seen by a vet and approved for sale and had all updated shots. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.

After a vet visit and DNA testing, I learned she is actually a mixed breed consisting of Poodle, Golden Retriever, and predominantly Cocker Spaniel. The DNA results also showed genetic findings associated with chondrodystrophy and increased IVDD risk, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I contacted the company immediately and provided the DNA results, microchip information, and requested the correct paperwork and a resolution. They responded once asking whether I wanted to keep or return the puppy. I explained that we were keeping her and wanted to discuss updated documentation, compensation, or another fair resolution. After that, they stopped responding despite multiple follow-up emails. We love our dog, but I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. When I contacted the warrant dept their email has the following disclosure: Our department is not permitted to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls. Pinellas County didn't revoke their license for nothing -- inspectors found sick puppies crammed into filthy cages, empty water bottles, and overcrowded, unsanitary conditions. FOX 13 reported that more than 170 puppies had to be removed from their Clearwater store, and they even failed to report over 70 puppy deaths properly. That's not an accident, that's cruelty. My own experience lined up with all of these red flags. They forced us to drive ridiculously far for the so-called "first vet visit," instead of letting us go to a trusted vet nearby. Then, before we even had time to settle in with our puppy, they pressured us to write a positive review right away. Who does that? A business that's desperate to cover up their shady practices, not one that actually cares about the animals or their customers. This place doesn't deserve your money, your trust, or even to be in business. They exploit puppies, lie to families, and gaslight anyone who calls them out. If you care at all about animals, stay far, far away from Blue Sky Puppies.
