This is one of the few locations that carries Carna4 dog food that my dog is currently on. When I called they said they didn't have any in stock however I was able to order through them which I could not do online, even directly with the supplier themselves. They did not require pre-payment of the food, which surprised me, they said they wanted to make sure that the quality was what it was supposed to be before they sold it to me. As a business owner myself that's a great, customer forward, policy (that puts the business owner at risk of people ordering food and then not paying for it and not picking it up.) They do offer delivery and their delivery area is quite wide. I live about 25 minutes away from this location and the owner had stated that they would still deliver to me. I chose to pick up because I I don't mind the car ride. The owner is quite knowledgeable and even offered some options if this current food does not work for my dog who seems to be allergic to just about everything on the face of the earth. This shop also has a money back guarantee, as long as you have the original packaging and it's at least half full of the food. (I personally would not do that because I just don't feel right. It's not their fault if my dog doesn't or does like food however it is a great policy which I'm sure some people do use.) I would definitely recommend the shop for your pet food needs. read more

Along with free delivery in their area for orders of $50+, they offer a 5% discount for in store pickup. Rebecca, the owner, not only called us back today because we called to see if they were open and she missed the call (which they were not on Sunday) she opened up for us to come visit and get what we needed for George Henry. The store is small, but filled with the finest products for pets. Similar to my business they provide premium products at premium prices. Note: does not open until 10am Came to the pet pantry looking for some chow for the new pup. I was looking for specialty brand foods that the usual B&M stores like Pet Co or Petsmart do not usually carry. In this case, the Pet Pantry typically carries a wide variety of holistic foods for cats and dogs. The owner was more than helpful from the minute I walked in the door. I asked for her recommendations and general information to help take better care of the little guy. She ended up stocking me with a big bag of samples so I may gauge better what the pup might like and not like. I will definitely be coming back once my samples run out ,and to purchase the kibble of his desire. Be forewarned, they do not typically carry your normal every day supplies (ie: bowls, toys, etc...) However, they do carry treats, bones, and a few other supplies. For a better idea of what they might carry in their store front I would visit their website. Cool thing about Pet Pantry is that they actually deliver. An order of $35 or more qualifies you for FREE delivery. Delivery actually encompasses as big as 5 counties from what I heard. tidbit: One of the items I purchased ended up not going in the bag somehow, but they arranged it that they had it delivered it to my home the same evening. read more

The products at this store are top notch, I love the added convenience of free shipping in the greater Orlando area. Their Customer Service is excellent! The Pet Pantry has been our go to place for dog food for the last 3.5 years. I recently discovered this gem and now cannot recommend this great place enough to anyone who has pets. The staff has been super helpful in helping me find a food that my cats liked. They gave me an entire bag of samples to take home and try out before committing. They also do free delivery if your purchase is over $35. How much better can it get? I cannot be happier with the products, convenience and service from Pet Pantry! I recommend them to any dog or cat owner. I just got my second order delivered to me with the same quality and thoughtful service as the first time. The 30+ lbs of food was delivered to my door and they always package your items in plastic so no need to worry about the rain if the delivery comes and you can't get to it right away. We found the Pet Pantry online, and have starting ordering our dog's food from them. The first order was placed on the delivery day for our zone and a representative from the store called to see if we had enough food to last until our order arrived in two weeks. They ended up opening our bag and mailing us 10lbs of our food so we had enough. GREAT customer service, look forward to visiting the store someday! read more
