I do appreciate a physical pet store that you can walk into with nothing in your arms and walk out with a new animal to love. Birds, lizards, hamsters and more. Lots of options for food and toys. Flea collars and medicine. I found the prices pretty comparable to Amazon and Walmart. I did shop around before looking for a kitten flea collar, I was able to find the collar and had to buy some cute cat nip little toy. I was going to buy some cat nip mice it they were marked at $5 but rang up $9 and they would not honor the tag price. No big deal. I had the other little toy. I will check here first next time I need something as I'm pretty sure they will have it. read more

The brand of cat food I was looking for (seemed like the other brands too) was well stocked with different "flavor" options on a Saturday, even if it was on sale. I have been to another location that was lacking in options even when it was not on sale. There was a coupon offered via an ad on Google Maps that linked me to their website that WORKED. Awesome, friendly staff. Low review because the store has about 10 parakeets crammed into a tiny cage together, maybe 5x3x3ft being generous. Get a larger enclosure for your birds! Set it up in one of the back areas that appear to be used just for light storage at the moment. The manager reached out and offered some kind of explanation about how the wash stations are cleaned late in the afternoon. I still advise you to beware as to using the wash stations close before closing, and when you purchase several washes hang on to every ounce of proof you have because your purchases delete from their system after 30 days. read more

Super fun pet shop located as a part of a strip shop location. They are right next door to Twisted Root Burgers if you need a landmark to find them! This pet shop offers up the usual items like food, toys, accessories, tanks / crates / beds, etc. But they also have some unexpected items like walk-up, self service dog wash areas with soap and towels included, and then a grooming area with a great list of services offered. For a mom and pop style pet shop I wasn't expecting these things! We asked the manager for details on the pet wash area, and she was super helpful. There were two gentlemen washing their puppers there while we talked and they both chimed in how much they loved the space! We plan to bring our dog for a bath this month as he is much in need of one, and he isn't a big bath fan, so this would be a much easier option to wrangle our large dog! They had good pricing on toys, food and accessories. They do have sale and discount items throughout as well, so keep an eye out for savings tags! PSP is a pretty good pet store is located in the Northeast suburbs of Orlando and when I found a colony of cats hiding behind a shopping plaza (that seems to happen to me in every town but whatevs) it was perfectly located for me to grab a few items and feed them quickly before I forgot about them or lost sight of them (like I would forget). The old management was wonderful and the employees kind and helpful. The new management is abysmal and the employees are utterly impossible to work with. I took my dog in for grooming today by appointment; he is a larger dog at 77lbs, and normally quite active, but never aggressive. I always sedate him before taking him in for grooming, and I did today as well. He was extremely calm when I dropped him off. When they placed him in a small dog cage, he barked a few times to the other dogs in the room - this is his social language. 30 minutes later I received a call that they could not groom him because the groomer was in fear of him, so much so that they muzzled him contrary to our agreement. When I went to pick him up, they would not give him to me, angrily telling me that I needed to pay the full bill for grooming before they would release him; even though they had not even begun cutting his hair. read more

I have been going to this store since their grand opening. The old owners and the old manager were so great. The store has a new manage for a few months now, and she is so rude. The other day I had the unfortunate experience of watching and hearing here speak so nasty to a very young employee. Her approach and tone were very disgraceful. I was really bothered by the way she spoke to this young man in front of customers. If I was this kids' mom I would have quit for him. I was shocked that the young man didn't quit on the spot, instead he was so respectful to her and kept working and respectful and sweet to the customers. Maybe that's why I'm disgusted by the managers behavior. Please teach her how to respect everyone including the people who have the unfortunate event of having to work under her. Love this location always. Loved the store, I just miss the great customer service we use to get as customers but after seeing/hearing their leadership, Tiffany. I can see why the customer service is so low now. Hope if gets better, it is my first choice for pet supplies. For some reason I am unable to load the video of that experience. Another great experience having my dog's nails ground. Lydia is EXCELLENT. She could tell he was nervous about traction, etc (even though they have a nice, rubberized pad on their grooming table). Great experience with their grooming services. The groomer did all excellent job with my Golden Retriever; he came out super soft and cuddly with a nice haircut. I purchased a bag of healthy looking feeder fish for my son's fish. We emptied the contents into his 50 gallon tank. As a result, his fish developed whitish spots. My son removed and treated his fish and also treated his tank. As a result, he lost his beloved Albino Oscar and 3 Clown Loaches. The owner was sympathetic, but that $2 bag of feeder fish ended up costing my son his prized fish and a lot of hardship. My suggestion is to be very cautious when adding feeder fish to your tank as it can be a costly and negative experience. read more

I started taking my golden doodle here for his grooming last year. I spoke with Chris the owner and was quoted $55. The first visit was thorough determining exactly how I wanted the dog groomed using a diagram. He came out with the perfect puppy cut. The next visit all of a sudden cost $60 and he was extremely uneven and far from a puppy cut. Last weeks visit was now up to $75 and he was completely shaved......what the heck! With the exception of the fact that he was so happy to see me, I would have guessed he was someone else's dog and not a golden doodle. Asked to speak to the groomer and all she said was the prices went up at the beginning of the year. Wait, from $55 - $75 in 4 months??? Really it's not about the price it's about asking for a puppy cut and ending up with a shaved dog 2 times in a row.. It's too bad but time to find another groomer! read more
