We were looking for a large tank setup and wanted a place that would take the time to answer a lot of questions, were knowledgeable, and had equipment we liked. Nahacky won on all counts being a family business that really cared. The delivery and setup went smoothly and they took a genuine interest as the tank matured. It's been about 5 months now, we're still learning, they're still teaching us, and we have a thriving fish and coral environment. Additionally they've given us enough help to allow us to do much more on our own, confidently, than I thought we would be at right now. Always have enough time for us, and I've seen it with every customer when we're in the shop. Much better than the more industrial aquarium shops we've experienced.

She said, she did alot of extra things to my dog. I told her I didn't ask for that. She said , they didn't know how big my dog was , even though I had already told her before I came in with my dog. Wouldn't recommend!!!!!!!!! It's a ST BERNARD! Really??? She acted like I didn't tell her anything about my dog when I called. He didn't even smell good after five days , and normally when I get him groomed for $50 he smells wonderful up until his next groom. His paws and all of his white areas ,like his belly and under his chin weren't cleaned very well ,and they cut around his toenails so they now look longer than usual. Not sure what that was all about. So the extra things they did, were not things that I wanted, nor were they things that looked very good. The price I paid to have my dog groomed, was the price I would pay for a Master groomer to groom him. He should've looked like 1 million bucks for the price I paid. His coat wasn't shiny. Not sure if they put them in a bathtub or if they just sprayed him down, but normally when he gets groomed he's very shiny when you look at him in the sun, because he is put in a tub, and he was not shiny. His hair was dry and dull. Not sure how this Groomer received an almost 5 star rating but I've had my dog for almost 10 years now and never have I been charged so much for such a horrible groom. I had to come home and cut the hair on his paw pads myself. I just can't believe that I used to pay $50 for a groom, and the results were much better. I can see dirt on my hands when I pet him. A white film, which normally takes weeks to accumulate before the next groom. Unfortunately I had to move for work, and was just trying to find a good groomer in my area. If you are going to charge $120 for a perfectly groomed dog, you need to have the right equipment and the right staff and the right products. I feel he needs a groom again, and that's ridiculous . So unhappy, but moving on.. The reply back was very unprofessional and untrue. My dog gets groomed every 4 to six weeks for the last 9 and a half years without fail.. I furnminate him once a week as well as clean his ears. I may have been lucky to get his grooms done for only $50.00, and she May think it's unrealistic, but they only charged that, because his coat is in good condition and he is always well groomed. It just wasn't worth 120$ was my point. I wouldn't have minded paying more, for a better groom. We moved here from Wisconsin 8 years ago, and my dog has never had issues. If she knew anything about the breed, the fact that he is almost 10!years old and is still looking and moving like he does is pretty amazing , and she wouldn't have made such rude remarks. I take very good care of my dog and he is very well acclimated to this weather. That in my opinion, is just an excuse for unacceptable work. Maybe the problem was that they don't normally take large breed dogs or have a tub big enough. Just look at their pics on their website. Not one big dog that I can see. And the only reason I didn't say anything to her while I was there was because of the attitude that she gave me when I brought up the amount that she was trying to charge me. I figured with someone with an attitude like that , calling wouldn't make any sense, so I just decided to leave a review to let others know what I experienced at this pet salon. And she is absolutely not being honest about what she quoted me. She NEVER told me it would be 120$, or I would not have gone there. I do appreciate a job well done, and I know how much work goes into grooming my dog. He is my dog, and I groom him myself in between grooms, and I know what it takes. , maybe the owner doesn't appreciate honesty. All she had to do was say she was sorry. All the extra insensitive remarks were unnecessary. As a business owner she should know better.

I only have two complaints. They have a rotating staff so I never know what my dog is going to look like when I pick him up. I cross my fingers. I've only had twice where I was disappointed other than that all the cuts have been great. I do wish they would point out extras because I always notice after I leave that there's something like color I would've gotten They are also a little more expensive than the other places around. My dogs haircut cost more than mine. all in all I definitely recommend

I must admit I was a pretty annoying customer because I continued to delay picking up my kittens. But Anna was understanding of my situation and was very accommodating. For those buying their first baby just know that the breeder MATTERS! I purchased my first BS impulsively without much research from a cattery in NYC (Fruitful cattery stay away!) and there is a world's difference in the temperament and health between him versus my BS from Feliland. My first BS is aggressive unfriendly and ended up having many underlying health issues. My BS from feliland is an angel! so loving and sweet and most importantly very healthy! I give all credit to Anna and her immaculate care for her kittens.Even after taking my BS home she continues to answer any concerns or questions I might have about raising my BS. All the docs were organized in a folder and she even sent home a little gift bag of toys to take home. I plan to get my third BS from her. Highly recommend this cattery for your British Shorthairs!
