The cashiers even switched out to see if they could find the ticket under my phone number. They were unsuccessful locating the ticket to make the return, but when I explained that I can't use the product because my tank already has a backing, and asked if a store credit was possible, they worked really hard to make it happen (they had to try twice because the register wouldn't let them the first time). I will be continuing to make purchases for my pets here. I would recommend that if you have had a bad experience here to give this store another chance. There are a lot of associates that do work hard to make sure the experience is a positive one.

Nahacky won on all counts being a family business that really cared. The delivery and setup went smoothly and they took a genuine interest as the tank matured. It's been about 5 months now, we're still learning, they're still teaching us, and we have a thriving fish and coral environment. Additionally they've given us enough help to allow us to do much more on our own, confidently, than I thought we would be at right now. Always have enough time for us, and I've seen it with every customer when we're in the shop. Much better than the more industrial aquarium shops we've experienced.

I've been using PetSmart Grooming for about six months now, and I've been very pleased at the…read morequality of the grooming they do, but I've also been extremely happy with how much our groomer cares about our dogs. We always request Tashara because we liked how she groomed them the first time we were in. But I was also very impressed with how much she loves dogs. People who love dogs are easy to spot, and I see how she is with them. I also notice how they go straight to her with no fear. Today, I took them in as usual, and about an hour later I got a call from Tashara. Otis (the old man, 11 yrs) was acting funny. After his bath, he seemed confused and his legs were wobbly. Tashara got worried because of his age and because it has never happened with him before. She stopped the groom and called me. When I got there, she was really worried about Otis and seemed upset. I took him home and brought him back with me when I picked up our other dog. It may seem like a small thing, but the way Tashara cares about our boys means the world to me. Yes, she is a skilled groomer....but she also loves dogs and that means more to me. When your dogs are in someone else's hands....even for a short time, it is good to know it is someone who cares about them. Things like that make you come back to a business. We were looking at the fish and noticed that half of them were dead still in the cups or the tanks. One of the hamsters was dead just lying there and you could tell it had been days before anyone would even see. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, they just waved their hand and said they'll get to it when they have time. I was appalled and walked out. I called the health department to hopefully have someone go out there as there are dead animals in their tanks and not being dealt with, and it can be a hazard to other animals being put in the tanks or someone buying a pet that was inside with a deceased animal. I wanted to speak to their manager before I left and they told me that he wasn't available. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I hope that my phone call to corporate can resolve the issues with the store.
