WOW...huge pet store with fish, cats, birds and a massive section for dogs, which is usually the largest pet products. The best part of the store was a personal dog wash area for $14.99. There were a few people scrubbing diwn there dogs and having fun doing it. They had live cats, birds, farrets (i think thats what it was) and cute rabbits for sale at the front of the store. read more

Dog wash is extremely neglected. Mold, smelly, blow drier is broken, aprons are nasty and broken... they give me 2 smaller towels for my 70lb pit mix. Kinda takes away from the point of paying to have a nicer bath. read more

So I did an exchange-taste of the wild for purina one-got an 8lb bag and a 31.5lb bag. Noticed there were worms and bugs in the 31.5 lb bag of food-took it back to the store. Store Manager "Jared" was immediately confrontational-saying -how do I know the worms didn't come from your house, we don't take back food when it is half gone. I'm like hey-if I'm at a restaurant and I get halfway through my burger and I notice worms in it I want to be taken care of. He said he is the boss and that's policy. When I asked for his supervisor he said it would be illegal to give that to me and that I was just going to have to call the corporate 1-800 number. Terrible service. Also he said that dog food should be taken out of the bag and dumped into a container to keep it fresh. I corrected him and told him ALL pet food manufacturers recommend keeping the food in the original packaging and putting that into an airtight container-which I did. I love this store! They have a great selection of dog toys, pet foods, and treats. The employees are always very friendly and they even helped me socialize my dog when we first got her by petting her. The store isn't as large as some of the other major pet stores, but I actually prefer the size, as it's easier to find things. My dogs love going here for a quick trip to get out when it's too hot for them to play outside. Parking is ample. My only disappointment is that they sell rabbits, which breaks my heart every time I see them in the enclosures. read more

My daughter was working on her prank game as we walked in so the vibe was spot on!! Edlouis was helping us. He was so sweet. We told him our old gal wasn't doing too well due to old age and he showed such compassion. I really appreciated that! The store was clean! Very welcoming..... Don't go here for anything aquarium related. Extremely dirty tanks, stressed fish either dead or gasping their last breaths...very sad.

This is a pretty large store and I prefer the open spaces, over other smaller stores. I came in here to buy filters for our fish tank. They had three associates on hand helping customers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sebastian who helped answer all of my questions and checked me out expeditiously. I noticed they have a good array of fish and a few other animals, like small rabbits, and birds. I'll have to return with more time to look around, but for the time being I got what I needed, the price was right and the service was very good! read more

We tried this store a few times, as it is very conveniently located near Publix, Bank of America, and CVS on Weston Road. Unfortunately, we never felt really welcome there, and had to ask or rephrase questions several different ways before getting the complete information we wanted. The layout and physical inventory is fine and there is a good selection. I felt the store was clean, also. Employees, though, tend to congregate behind the counter, and do not appear customer service oriented at all. Any inquiries from me get the shortest and most vague replies possible, it seems. One word replies are common, unfortunately, and if I have to rephrase a simple question three different ways to finally get the complete information on when a product will probably be due in, I may as well shop where employees actually are interested providing service. On Tuesday, August 30, 2022 I bought food for my 1yr old Dachshund and after opening the Wellness Small Breed Turkey & Oatmeal package the food was damaged and full of bugs with exportation date of March 2022 . I called the store and the only information I got was how to return the food. This is removing ALL trust from this retailer. My sunshine was in observation for 8 hours after I fed her 1/2 cup of the damage food, at least I saw everything coming out of the package the 2nd feeding and stopped it. i bought a cat carrier at the Pet Supermarket in Weston, Florida. after assembling and placing the kitty inside, the plastic piece which holds the door in place popped out, allowing the door to fall open and out. almost lost the cat in the street. tried it again, same thing happened. very poorly made. my actual complaint is that when I returned it for credit on my Discover card, the credit still has not gone through and it's been over a week. I will, of course, make a third trip to the store to attempt to get my over $50 back but it seems that a return should not take this long for the transaction to go through. if they still don't get it right, I'll have to go through my credit card company and will also report it to their corporate offices. and, social media will also get involved. do not go to pet Supermarket read more

We came in for a few cat supplies but stayed to play with the kitty awaiting adoption. It appears they bring in adoptable cats for each weekend and they remain until they all have homes. Today there was only one. As we shopped for the items on our list, it was easy to find each as the shelves were well stocked and the store was organized. While we were shopping, there were a couple of employees behind the counter but we were not offered assistance although the one (very) young girl did complete our sale quickly when we approached. The dog bathing area was dirty. No towels, hair all over the floor, the sinks clogged so the dogs were being bathed standing with their paws in dirty water. For a while they were going in and cleaning up after each dog. Not the case today. It was literally disgusting, I won't use this store again. read more

Very very excited... this store has self washing drying stations (3) for only $10.00. They will provide shampoo, conditioner and towels. Brought both of my dogs there. It made it so much easier to wash my dogs. They also provide a plastic apron so you don't get wet. Happy that it's right around the corner. They sanitize the station after each new dog. Sadly they don't advertise on their web site but they do have a sign as your driving by. read more
