This store is poorly stocked and has a manager with a real attitude problem. They are always out of stock and blame it on their warehouse, which is a blatant lie. The South Hampton store is always stocked and the employees are so kind and helpful, unlike this joke of a store. Our extended family used to shop here several times a week for our pets and unfortunately we are done. We were treated so rudely. We adopted two kittens through a wonderful adoption program. Now they are affiliated with someone else and the store employees have been rude and hotstile. It is very sad to see this. Never come back again. There is no sign saying you can not use the shower room 1 hour before store close, we told the employee we drove 30 minutes and we just need 10 minutes to quick shower the dog without drying. The attitude of the lady who work there was really rude and impatient. read more

Took our 10 year old Airedale for grooming. Was called & told she would not stand up & thus could not groom! Was charged $70 to give her a bath & blowout. Never even touched her face. Very poor service! Never again! read more

We are frequent visitors of this location with our pooch! We often use the self-serve dog wash after a long hike or dog park day. Usually we would pick up some treats that are hard to find elsewhere while we are there. Recently, we are feeling discouraged to use the dog wash however, as the towels stink of "wet dog" smell. Using them would negate our hard work washing our dog and just put the stink back on her. If this issue is resolved I will be glad to up my rating to 5 starts where it belongs. read more

I brought out senior feline Sophie in to get her nails trimmed. It went very well! My compliments to the two very nice young ladies who did the service in minutes. Well done and thank you for making it go so smoothly. Even at her advanced age of about 22 years, Sophie can be feisty but today she was relaxed and compliant. This is a newly opened store and another Pet Supplies Plus outstanding place to find food and other sundries. While I am still waiting for Mittens Pickins to come back in stock, they had the best supply of Friskies. I really appreciated the associates who took time to help me with questions I had. Every time I shop here I always receive top notch service. I didn't get the Mgr's name, but he was super nice & wanted to help me.

My son drop my cavapoo Gracie off to be groomed she had been there 2 other times for grooming appt. They did wonderful job not to short not to long. BUT the last time was different- my dog looked horrible and was scared of everything, unevenly cut from one side to another and unrecognizable. I immediately called and ask for the manager. I spoke with a gentleman he said bring her back in a week or two. He would refund the cost of grooming. I thought there is no point she was cut so close she had marks on her skin from cutters. My poor Gracie looked awful and was different for about 3 days. The other dogs in the house were so afraid of her. Never has this happened, not sure I had the same groomer as before. Please make sure you check everything out before leaving your dog to be groomed with this local company. It has been months since but I called to give them another try. This time to see if I could get appt with person who cut her the first time to then be put on hold- A gentleman picked up the phone and said I was rude to groomer so we will not be making appt. I'm rude No refund....nothing. This is a local business which I always support local businesses coming from a former business owner. I learned at young age customer is always right even if I did not agree. I would have never treat a customer like this. I would have give immediate refund when the incident occurred and next visit free. Not kick the customer out! Please think before you leave any of your pets here! read more
