My grand-puppies were brought in for grooming. Told on the phone cost would be $10-15 depending on size. We were very detailed that Puppies should get a light clipping, toenails clipped and a bath. These two dogs were shaved with a quarter inch blade and they look like hairless chickens! And... At checkout the bill was $180! The groomer told me the cost to be 45 per puppy. The lady on the phone last week told us the cost would be 10 to 15 per puppy, and the lady at the register told me it was $90 per puppy! With the "special" discount the bill was 170 for 2 puppies that are very small and only 10 weeks old. I would attach a picture, but I'm embarrassed of how awful they look. This is your warning, don't take your puppy, or your dog, or any animal that you love to this place for a grooming! read more

I love having Pet Supplies Plus so close to me. Their buy online and pick up curbside service is great. All the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful! They don't always have enough of the cat food I need, but that's a supply chain issue. read more

I have been shopping at PSP for some time now and the employees always ask if you need any help with finding what you need in most cases I do not. I walk in and go to the coolers I really am sick of them not stocking them and item's are always in the wrong places they now use the special orders to replace the stock so you can't get what you need because they apparently do not care to order it because they are stocking the spots with special orders or something that doesn't belong in the spots. I shouldn't have to special order if there is a plan o gram those bar codes should be scanned and ordered often at least once a week or more... maybe I should just order from Chewy or Amazon or someone else instead of giving you my business. I choose to get in my car and come to your business I want social interaction and being able to look at my options in person and if you do not want people to do that then close your store and go to mail order only. The worst most unprofessional place ever...i was worried about my held crickets for my new baby gecko when an employee Devan got upset that i asked to speak with the actual store manager after i explained i was worried about my new baby gecko.SHE was upset and felt some type of way since i asked to speak with someone else and at that point she hadbt done anything wrong except not let me speak with the store manager Tyler whom she said was there every time i spoke with her , because i called 4 different tines trying to get the other manager to just answer the phone but Devan hurried and picked it up each time..so I never got to speak with anyone else AND Guess what:; Devan sold my held crickets before i was able to get there less than 30 mins later....then Devan completely lies to Tyler the manager.. And the girl Valerie whom originally was ok with service when i bought my gecko...i called because originally i was going to return every bit of the money i spent at this store but i didnt have the heart to return my baby gecko so i posted on YELP about this whole joke of an ordeal for being silly enough to go in this little dirty looking run down store with the employees whom are all teenagers that literally sit at the registers socialising amongst eachother and their phones so i shoulda known when i posted on YELP and it said I HAD A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER..NOPE THE OWNER IS A PERSONAL NONE FRANCHISE OWNER AND LIVES OUT OF STATE WHEN I CALLED AFTER SEEING THAT ON HERE "A RESPONSE FROM OWNER"" i called back and Valerie answered and i said hi started to explain what happened etc she told me no it wasn't the owner who responded it was the same manager TYLER WHOM I ALREADY SPOKE WITH AT THE END OF THE NIGHT DAYS BEFORE SO HE KNEW ALL OF WHAT HAPPENED, They all continued to just act as if *oh well we are the employee's we do what we want who cares if your a paying customer and we have failed as a pet store in general to provide adequate care sheet for the purchased gecko, i had to call an request a care sheet as well as information about the breeder the birth date etc...i called an requested this all tge same evening i purchased it ..i was told Valerie took care of all that that they would print out a care sheet abd she wiyld get tge other info avour virth date eyc and call me and let me know and i have yet to receive any info.this is a privately owner company so I don't know how to go about obtaining the info i need or who to contact avoyt all this i wiuld live to speak with the iwner but again devan just bluntly lied to the other staff immediately i was treated very rude by Valerie the next day, she even said Devan didn't do that..when i told her how i was so scared she was gonna not hold my order and devan told me the store manager tyler was there with her the very first time i asked ok well the nexy day Valerie atart sticking up fir Devan being rude ti me abd said Tyler wasnt even there when you asjed devan fir anither manager....i said Valerie devan told me yes theres a stire manager Tyler here also right now DEVAN SAYS FOLLOWED BY BUT IM A MANAGER ALSO SO YOU SHOULDNT NEED TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE ELSE!THIS WAS THE WHOLE ISSUE BECAUSE I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE STORE MANAGER CAUSE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT A HELD ORDER SHE WOULDNT LETME AND THEN SHE PURPOSELY SOLD MY HELD ORDER OF CRICKETS ABD THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY TO OFFER ME A COUPON FIR *10 FREE CRICKETS ...WOW WHICARES IF THEBABY U SOLDME DIES AND STARVES HUH..WHO CARES ABOUT A NNEWWW CUSTOMER HUH SOMEONE ELSE NEW WILL ALWAYS COME HUH...SORRY THERES TOOO MANY OTHER STORES AND TOO MANYGOOD HEARTED UNDERPAID PEOPLE WORKING AT THE STORES AND THESE ARE THE STORES I WANNA GIVE MY MONEY TOO FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE TO MAKE ME WANT TO GO SHOP THERE AGAIN AND AGAIN EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY TRIPLE THE PRICE I GLADLY WOULD AND WILL TO KNOW THE STORE AND EMPLOYEES WHOM ARE WORKING FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER And The STORE DESERVE MY MONEY AS A PAYING NEW CUSTOMER. ..if anyone knows how I can somehow please get ahold of anyone higher up& the chain at this place please message me details please thanks you so much.
