The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

I received a quote of around $550. The person that gave me, the quote said that it could be higher based on teeth needing to be pulled, which I understood. Once the vet had my dog under anesthesia, he did call me and tell me that there were eight teeth that need to be pulled. He said he was kind of alarmed by that, but I told him to go ahead and pull the teeth. He talked about x-rays and filling some pockets with a material to help further protect the dog from gum, disease, and teeth issues. My exact words to him were just pull the teeth for now. To my surprise when I picked up the dog, the bill was $1500. I spoke to the vet and another employee about my bill. They gave me a $70 credit. I do not feel that I should have to pay for the x-rays or any fees associated with filling the pockets. The teeth extractions amount of to $600. At the most my bill should've been $1200. Lesson learned. Going forward, make sure this office sends you a text message with the exact cost of anything that will be done to your pet. In my opinion, that should be a standard process.

The meh: The first time when I picked him up he was inexplicably wet. Not "I just had a bath" wet, but more "I ran through a mud puddle" wet. Not a huge deal, but what was that about? The not good: The next time my usual dog sitter flaked on me due to a death in the family and I called them up at noon and booked him for that night. An hour and a half later I get a call that my regular (in home) sitter was available, so I called back to see about cancelling. No they won't give me a credit. Fair enough, I understand if they had to turn someone away because of your reservation why should they have to eat that? But this was one hour, and the net result is that I will only call them until I'm 1000% sure I'm not wasting my money.

They allowed some of our friends to visit the dogs while we were away. Our dogs stayed in the same pen. For two dogs in one pen it is $29 per day. If you do an extended stay they will give you a discount. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. They also provide grooming. It runs around $70 per dog. This includes bath, cut, and their nails trimmed. When our dogs get groomed they always look great. You must make sure that your dog(s) have their vaccinations. (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). You can have your vet call them with the information or bring in copies of your dogs' vaccine papers. Also I would recommend making sure to do flea/tick treatments to your dog(s) before boarding. You can also request for your dog(s) not to be fed the day you pick them up. Sometimes our dogs will get sick in the car if they have eaten anything. They have specific pick up and drop off times. Generally, the hours are from 8 AM-10 AM and 5 pm-6 pm. They are very clear that on your last day of your dog(s) stay that they are picked up at/before 10 am. Upon further questioning after they paid my vet bill, a different employee explained it was an issue with a faulty kennel divider and that his tail got stuck in it. When we asked if the pitbulls would be allowed back we were told, "they've been coming here a long time." Nothing was explained about fixing the faulty kennel design. I understand things like this can happen, but then, Kevin when on to tell my wife that he actually had a dog bite another dogs tail off. Board at your own risk. They've identified the issue and took responsibility for it but are unwilling to prevent it from happening again.
