My sister visited your store on 8/8 to have her French bulldog groomed. She typically does it herself but since our dog recently had puppies she thought it would be better to schedule an appointment so that she could be pampered. Upon arrival she was questioned about her weight and she explained that she was underweight because she recently underweight due to giving birth and nursing. She explained that she had been feeding her puppy food for extra calories as well as a calcium supplement. She was then asked for vaccine records which she showed. Immediately after leaving she was asked to send a picture to Shannon's personal number via text. Shannon asked for this so that she could access my sisters address for a report to animal control. This is incredibly deceptive and a misuse of resources. We buy dog food from you at least once a month sometimes twice month and have been doing so for the last year at least. She bought additional food while she was in the store and took advice on how to help Daisy gain her weight back. Shannon saw that Daisy was seen regularly by the vet because her vaccines are up to date. And instead of taking all of those things into consideration Shannon took it upon herself to LIE to a customer and then call animal control on her. I'm genuinely appalled and disappointed in this behavior. For one Shannon is not a medical professional, and can not determine that Daisy is experiencing any kind of neglect and then she went out of her way to lie. My sister trusted the expertise exhibited here and has built what she thought was a trusting relationship with this staff only to be taken advantage of. This is a fireable offense, there's no way around it and no other way to remedy it. I'm sure Shannon has done this several times in the past in an attempt to be a hero and that in itself is extremely problematic. I've been in twice this past week for my new dog. Different cashiers each time, but both were very friendly. The second time I came in was with my dog, who was very excited about the bones I was buying and put her front paws on the counter , but was greeted with nothing but smiles and pets (after the cashier asked if it was okay which I also appreciate). Prices are more expensive than say, Walmart, but comparable with most other pet stores like petsmart. read more

Yes, this may be my 2nd review this week for Pet Supply Plus but let me say it's because they deserve it. We took our German Shepherd in for a bath & grooming, it's been about 5 months since she was last groomed. I scheduled an appointment with Amy (she did Roree's nails a couple days ago) and let me tell you about the excellent work she did on Mishka, her coat looks amazing! She honestly looks years younger. She smells amazing. Mishka has separation anxiety & can end up very stressed, however, today didn't seem to be overly stressing for her, she came home & was relaxed. Amy assured me she would groom Mishka at Mishka's pace rather than causing stress by rushing. If you need you pet groomed call Pet Supply Plus and ask for Amy, you won't regret it!! read more

lol, let me start off by saying that this place is definitely ran by teenagers or very young adults HOWEVER, they're probably some of the kindest teenagers and young people I've met in a retail business and quite some time. I absolutely love going to Pet Supplies Plus! They have a great selection of canned cat food that my fur babies go insane about! The store is always spotless and their staff is knowledgable about nutrition and products that are useful. Also, Allison's knowledge on the fish in her store is amazing! It's a chain, but there's an actual sense of community that you don't get in a lot of other chain stores. They care about the local shelters and rescues, and when you're a regular customer, they know your name. read more

Great customer service from all the staff. A groomer clipped and filled my dog's nails handled him gently and kindly during first experience. Walk-in services reasonably priced but my second visit to the self-service pet wash and dry area was not as pleasant as I hoped it would be. There's no indication of cost to clearly show pricing is $10 to use self-service hose, blow-dryer, towel, and shampoo offered to pet owners to bathe their animal themselves. I assumed it was free and was surprised to find out after the fact that I would have to pay $10 for today's use, or $25 for 5 uses. Paid the $10 because I will not be returning to use self-wash. read more

I was provoked to visit store due to an offer received via direct mail piece. I was immediately greeted upon entering store & associate assisted me with some general questions. After browsing through all the food brand choices & checked out the do-it-yourself bath area & grooming department. I had some additional questions which were referred to store manager, Mary, who was both helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this store despite it being further away from our home than some other similar stores due to the exceptional customer service I received. read more

Jasmine was amazing! To begin with she was very friendly, greeting all the customers with a smile and asking if anyone needed help. I explained my dogs allergies to her & asked for her opinion with food. I've tried different foods to help with their allergies but haven't had much luck. Thankfully, her product knowledge was on point, Very impressive! I loved the face she gave me her honest thoughts even told me her dogs food experiences with his allergies & what she feeds her dog now. With her help, I decided on a food which my labs have done great with it! She has amazing customer service skills is always smiling. It's nice when someone is sincere and takes the time to help you make the right choice of food for our fur babies instead of just suggesting an expensive food brand. This store offers great pricing and there is always someone walking around and asking if u need any help. I've recommended this place to my friends because of the pricing and how they offer discounts to military, first responders and store discounts if you are a member. They not only sell beds, toys and food for your pet but they also sell animals as well. Scorpions and tarantulas were the creepiest ones I saw. I called the store to see if my dog food was in stock,I was told it was. When I went in, there wasn't any on the shelf. The sales associate ,the one I talked to on the phone, looked and said they were out. That's the second time I've called and the food not be there when I went to pick it up. I go as soon as I call so the food can't be sold before I get there. Maybe the associates should get off their phones and actually go look. Would rate less if I could. I was in the store to buy my cat some food when I overheard the employees talking about how one of the workers got covid and gave it to the manager of the store. Upon my husband's arrival for our puppy's grooming appointment at 1:00, the groomer looked surprised that he was there, and asked him if he had an appointment. My husband explained that he had a 1:00 appointment. The lady said she wasn't aware that there was an appointment for 1:00. Keep in mind that we received two confirmation texts in the days leading up to the appointment date. In the next breath, she apologized and said that she was just about to call him to cancel because the schools were closing early and someone had to go pick up their kid(s). Not sure how you were gonna call to cancel an application that you said you weren't aware of, but whatever. The lady was nice and did ask my husband if he wanted to reschedule, but we weren't interested in doing business with a store that doesn't take their customers time into consideration. We made an appointment for that time and date for a reason, and this was a huge inconvenience. read more

This is the second time that this store has lied to me in regards to crickets I told the manager on call this morning about 1230 talk to young lady and she said you had large crickets she said yes the manager ask her she's no I didn't say that the time before that happened I went in there to buy crickets and they sold me small crickets they were supposed be large crickets there's poor management for the store and there's nothing but trouble from the store since it opened seven employees are rude and not educated when it comes to reptiles I would not recommend coming to the store read more
