Michelle has been a huge help to us with training our Great Dane puppy. When we first got our…read morepuppy, we were having problems with housebreaking. Michelle does home visits so she came to our house and was able to walk us through housebreaking in our home and made sure the environment was set up appropriately for our puppy. She helped us start bell training with our puppy. She did a follow up Skype session to ensure the housebreaking was going well and to offer additional suggestions since our puppy decided she didn't want to use the bell after all the training. (Of note, our puppy now uses the bell so she was just being stubborn before!). Additionally, we took our puppy to Michelle's Puppy Kindergarten class which has been great for us. This is our first dog and we had no idea how to train her. Michelle demonstrates the training and then walks around the room and works with each of the owners and their puppies to ensure that everyone understands. She is always available by email if you have questions. I would definitely recommend Michelle if you need a trainer for your dog!

He ended up chipping his nail so he needed them cut ASAP! I went into Cheryl's today to have his nails cut.I came in as a walk-in and was warmly greeted by employees. I explained my pup needed his nails cut and shared with them that I've had bad experiences at petsmart. They took him over to the table and trimmed his nails and checked his ears. They said petsmart also failed to clean/pluck his ears! So I asked them to go ahead and do so. I had a great experience, they seem to really care about the health and well-being of their furry customers. They also give ur pup a little treat bag at the end of their visit. They only charged me 10$! I will definitely be bringing my pup from now on!

The woman who groomed them was not friendly, I would describe her as standoff-ish. This was fine, I don't expect someone providing a service to be cordial or friendly but it certainly helps. The main issue occurred at their last grooming - where the woman told us she would not be able to groom our smaller dog anymore unless we drugged him. He is a senior dog who's very nervous around groomers and he peed while she groomed him. If you're a dog groomer, you have to expect this will happen. You're taking care of dogs. I couldn't believe that was her recommendation. Obviously we stopped services immediately with this company. I would caution anyone from using Graham's. Additionally, it was prohibitively expensive, at almost $500 per groom for two dogs.
