I was told about Blessed Oasis by a fellow dog owner, and I am so glad. The first time we brought my boy Waylon here, it was for a grooming. He was groomed by Alex, and we love her! He always looks and feels great when he gets groomed by her, and she is so sweet to him. The next time was to stay for a day of boarding. Waylon has boarded at other places in the past, but it had been a while and we wanted to ease him into it. We had a tour of the whole facility, and were able to see the different places that he would be during his stay. There are different types of rooms to choose from, and I love that the one we picked gave him access to his own private balcony, he was in heaven! Each dog get a little cot to sleep on, and we brought a small blanket for him from home. I absolutely LOVE that in every room there is a camera, and you download an application on your phone so you can see your pup at all times if they are in the building, even when they are getting groomed. I recently went out of town for 11 days and couldn't take my tiny sidekick with me. For an extra fee, they read him a bedtime story every night, sent me emails with photos throughout the time I was gone, gave him a report card when I picked him up and gave Waylon a social media shoutout with photos! When I went to get him, he was happy and tail waggy! The whole facility is clean and wonderful and has cute artwork. The staff are all so helpful, and you can tell they really love animals. Our dog was returned to us with bits of diarrhea caked in the fur of his butt, feet, legs and belly. Absolutely insane. He was limping on his front right leg and staff didn't mention anything about it. I tried to add a more detailed review with pictures on google, however, it never was published. The receptionist up front is incredibly rude and has a bad attitude in general expecting you to know your policies when it's your first time there. Your pets are expensive and like family, you want common courtesy at the very least when you're leaving them in someone else's care. The staff in the back seems disconnected and like they hate their life. They also refused to let me pick up my dogs for two hours. For how expensive this place is, you'd figure the people would be nice at the very least. Very worrying how they treat your dogs when you're not looking too. read more

I have been crying for the past several hours because as you can see my puppy suffered from trauma to his left eye due to the experience he had during his grooming appointment. I do not want to disclose the groomers name because I do believe maybe it was a mistake. I did not notice any injury to his eye when I picked him up from the groomers, and I was incredibly satisfied with the way that he looked. However, several hours later, I noticed that his eye had turned red. he had not experienced any interaction or trauma since his grooming, and when I reached out to his vet, they said it may have been trauma from trimming around his eye. My puppy has been groomed by this groomer several times and I've always been satisfied, I request this person every time I need a grooming for my puppy. However, this time I decided to get him an early groom because his first birthday is in a few days. I wanted to take professional pictures to celebrate his birthday. Now his photos will include his injured eye. I am deeply upset and so sad for my puppy. Again, this may have been a mistake, but I felt the need to leave this review to share my experience because I'm deeply saddened by the injury that my puppy endured. read more

Still in awe that this establishment would so happily discard the patronage of a long time customer who has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars boarding and grooming pets, over a single missed grooming appointment deposit of $25. I really liked this place, and happily spent the higher price for pet grooming and pet boarding for many years. Unfortunately I can not overlook their inflexibility and/or unwillingness to make any attempt at customer retention or satisfaction, all while passive/aggressively smiling and implying it would be great if we took our business elsewhere. Even an apologetic "we need to stand by our policy" could have defused the interaction, but that is not the preferred method here. Good luck. read more

We love it here!! Every day when I pick her up from daycare she lays down in the parking lot in protest that I'm making her leave! And she comes home and is absolutely exhausted! It is very important to me that her daycare be cage free, which Blessed Oasis is! That is, unfortunately, not the case for all daycares in Fayetteville. The staff love her and I feel so comfortable dropping her off for the day of daycare! Thank you, Blessed Oasis! Let me say that I REALLY wanted to love this place. However, I have to share my experience so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. When I dropped my fur baby off there was a mix up with his rabies vaccination (my fault). I fought a serious illness and had to leave my fur baby at doggy daycare more than I wanted. At a facility NOT affiliated with this one he managed to destroy and swallow a toy I never saw before he expelled it from his body. When he finally vomited the toy out of his system per the Veterinarian that treated him...it was in his stomach a long time. It never occurred to me that dogs would be left alone with a toy until then. I immediately went on the portal of that doggy daycare to edit his next reservation with the information about why I was up all night with a sick doodle at the ER for fur babies. They very swiftly acknowledged my requests to NOT leave him alone with toys. I didn't even think about blankets or pillows or beds all of which was discussed at drop off and placed in writing at this facility! Fast forward to my experience today...I specifically told and (wrote it on the paperwork) provided an oral dissertation at drop off that under NO circumstances leave him with toys or a blanket in his "Oasis" To my horror I looked at a still not appearing to breathe fur baby intertwined with...yep you guessed it! A blanket!!! Why!?! I watched for 10 minutes (it felt like an eternity) rooting for my fur baby to show signs of life and he did not even twitch. Finally, after I called the after hours hotline he changed positions. Then I explained to the person that took my call that it is imperative that the blanket be removed because...I KNOW my fur baby Angel and Devil in totality! He was all snug as a bug in a rug now...but what about when he wakes up to no one to hug and kiss him good morning like I do every day we wake up together and he gets in his feelings and starts annihilating the thing (the blanket I specifically told them not to put in his Oasis) that he snuggled with all through the night like a post card? He is a mini austrailian labradoodle and if you are a doodle parent you know they can be perfect little angels one moment and turn into Tasmanian devils the second they are bored or settled on getting their way or they simply get in their feelings about things only they get in their feelings about. They are more human than humans when it comes to manipulation. As long as they are asleep all is well. The minute they wake up and their brains get going you don't know what alter ego they will be. Angel or Devil? Any who...the young lady that answered the line and I did get her name was quite dismissive and instead of apologizing for the oversight and immediately offering to correct it...she had the audacity to think waking up a dog trumps (pun intended) my dog's safety ‍....let me be clear.....NOPE! She eventually got there about 20 minutes or so later. Thankfully, he WASN'T choking or in distress. As I see it for $155 I didn't rest from the moment I dropped him off...let me circle back. They didn't notice the issue with the rabies vaccination paperwork until AFTER they made a copy and I left. I am pretty sure the name of the Veterinarian was on the paperwork and at no time did they offer to call the veterinarian for the correct information other doggy daycares have done that for me in similar situations. Instead they threatened me with not being able to leave him if I couldn't produce the paperwork...mind you I was already gone and I was flustered because I was running late for my dinner meeting ( the reason I left him in the first place) luckily it was canceled but my energy was so violated that it took me until the next day to calm down. Then when I checked in for a glimpse of my little piece of heaven my peace was disturbed again at the thought of him being lifeless before my eyes and there was nothing I could do. The best thing about this place is the cameras. Hopefully, this review will get then to take instructions that they request at drop off more seriously! read more

I noticed my charge had gone up. I called to ask and I guess the young lady was frustrated and didn't know how to explain it. She said there was an additional 3.00 fee to cover supplies, I said so the grooming is 72.00 not 69.00 like you stated. If it's charged each time. She got completely silent, I could hear someone else on the phone talking about boarding, I said hello, then she put me on mute. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. By the time I tip, it's roughly 90.00 for a 5 lb dog. Not to mention when I picked him up last time he had another dogs collar on with their name. read more

The front desk staff were friendly and informative. They patiently answered all of my questions. I loved being able to look in on my cats using the webcam. The staff did call and inform me when it was apparent that one cat wasn't eating well and they offered to try to add chicken broth or wet food to their bowls. It was about $400 for two cats to stay about a week with a brush, daily medicine delivery and nail trim. We were happy overall with the kennel and nail trim experience. read more

Only things I would change is him being allowed to have his comfort bed and a guarantee he will be able to have a window each time he stays. Only drawback would be that their small dog potty area is a carpeted room and when Marley gets home she thinks 1 of our Persian rugs is the small potty area for a day or 2 until I can get her back into her regular routine of going outside. read more

This place used to be great but the past two visits have been unsatisfactory. I brought my dog to her last appointment 10 minutes early and didn't get her back till two hours after her scheduled appointment. Normally the appointment takes about 45 min to an hour. I took her today to be groomed (new groomer), dropped her off 10 minutes prior to her appointment like I usually do and same thing, she has been in the facility for 1 hour, 53 minutes and counting! I called and they said the groomer is running behind. I don't know if they are double booking appointments or what but this is the second time this has happened in a row! I live 40 minutes away and I stay in the parking lot while my dog is being groomed. They don't have a restroom if you have to use the toilet so you have to hold it or drive 10 minutes to the nearest shopping plaza to find a toilet. They don't respect your time and will gladly take your deposit if you are late or no show. If you value your time do not come here. Sadly, this will be my last visit and I will no longer recommend this place to other fur parents. read more

9-16-20. We brought both of our dogs here for boarding during our honeymoon because the reviews were great & it seemed like a nice place. I loved them sending an email of pictures of both dogs, and I loved the camera access to see them 24/7. The problems came in when we went to pick our dogs up, & they advised us that one of our dogs had been "chewing her paws at night while they were gone" so they put some relief spray on them. They take us back to see our dogs, & one was very exhausted (probably from playing so much) but the other didn't even want to stand up. We figured maybe she was also exhausted, so we brought her home to rest. Once home, we examined both dogs & the dog that had been "licking her paws" had EXTREMELY swollen, oozing, and bleeding paws, and her mouth was dry and swollen. Her chest was super sticky, and she smelled like metal/blood. She was unable to physically walk without limping or obviously hurting. WHY DID THE STAFF NOT CALL US? We were NEVER notified of anything!!! We ended up bringing her to the emergency vet who let us know that is seems like our dog has some sort of chemical burn on ALL FOUR of her paws as well as her mouth, and she has a fever too. I am disgusted at the treatment my dogs received, & I wouldn't recommend this boarder to ANYONE. Pics of her paws are included. [EDIT] 9-18-20. We noticed our other pet's ears & paws are although not as severe as the other dog, but are still obviously raw & swollen. We're waiting to hear back from this facility regarding how to move forward with this situation, but they don't seem to be in any type of hurry to get it figured out or to take responsibility for what has happened to our pups while in their care. After reading other reviews, chemical burns on paws seems to be an ongoing issue that they refuse to take responsibility for or to fix. This speaks volumes. Update: Although the resort still seems to think that they aren't at fault, they did send us a check to cover the vet expenses. read more

My pup went in for grooming and deshedding. As a smooth hair chihuahua he still sheds a lot. I'm new to the area and decided to try out Blesser Oasis. My dog went in at 11:00 I watched her cut his nails and do the quickest wash and blow dry I've ever seen. As the day progressed I checked the cameras to see if he was getting de shed cause I didn't see the young lady do it on camera. They called us at 2:30 pm basically saying we will have to pay a fee cause the dog was ready since 11:30. 30 minutes for a wash and blow dryer with deshedding. Ain't no way! Because it didn't happen. These are pictures right after we picked our dog up. But the desk lady tried to reassure us that everything was done in 30 minutes. We never got a call to pick him up all day and so he has been sitting in a room from 11:30 - 2:30pm when my husband got a voicemail. My dog's last deshedding lasted at least 3 weeks little to no shedding. Nothing Blessed about this experience. My poor baby! read more

This was our first time boarding our dogs- we currently have a 1 year old lab and a 16 week old lab. We realized upon drop off just how small the rooms are and how little time they actually get outside of their room. Lights are out early 630/7PM and you don't see anyone come in throughout the night until 12 hours later at 630/7AM. What's worse is that upon pick up their blanket was wet and smelled foul ... even worse, our dogs both came home with Kennel Cough ... add $200 in vet bills. The ladies who worked there seemed nice enough but we will not be going back & definitely not worth the cost considering you could pay someone to stay in your home for less and your dogs' routine and space won't be compromised. read more

This was our first time boarding our Shih Tzu at this location. Fayetteville is my hometown and halfway between my house in VA and Myrtle Beach. We decided to board her there instead of VA due to the great reviews, proximity to my parents house, ease of booking online and their convenient hours. Check in took only a few minutes. We had downloaded and paid for the camera app ahead of time so we already knew how to see our fur baby. She was depressed at first because she is a diva and used to her routine, but the staff loved on her and she came out of her shell. Pick up was super fast. Parking can be crowded, but we didn't have issues. We will definitely be back! read more

BEWARE!! Blessed Oasis Pet Resort staff will never tell you nor will they remind you that if your pet is being boarded and you wish to retrieve your pet ahead of the end boarding date, you must still pay for the day(s) your pet IS NOT THERE! The rate for my pet is $55.00 per day. On one occasion I was able to pick up my pet a day early but was told by the receptionist that I would still have to pay for the next day that my pet would not be there. I asked why and was told by the receptionist that she was a new hire and therefore needed to seek assistance addressing my concern. After a few minutes of waiting the receptionist returned and replied that she was sorry, that there was nothing that could be done, and that I would have to make that payment for the day my pet would not be there. I reluctantly accepted what I was told and exited Blessed Oasis Pet Resort. Recently, August 2022, I had to board my pet for a week (7 days) to go out of town for business. Fortunately for me, it only took four days to conclude my business. I immediately contacted Blessed Oasis Pet Resort 48 hours in advance and informed the receptionist that I would be picking up my pet three days earlier and asked for a refund for the remaining three days my pet would not be there. Just like a couple of months before and as if on cue, the receptionist replied that she was a new hire and therefore needed to seek assistance addressing my concern. After being on hold for so long, the phone disconnected. I called back and was asked to hold again by the same receptionist. Upon her return, the receptionist replied that she was sorry because there was nothing that could be done. This time I was charged $165.00 for days my pet WAS NOT THERE; days I received zero services from Blessed Oasis Pet Resort!! As far as I know, they used those days and that particular space to board someone else's pet; possible DOUBLE DIPPING PROFIT!!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was at lunch. I asked the receptionist for the manager's name but only got the first name because the receptionist told me she only gave out first names. To be fair, I WANT TO BE REFUNDED FOR SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE! I am also extremely happy to share that I am NO LONGER USING ANY Blessed Oasis Pet Resort services and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to any pet owner! When I boarded my pups earlier this year it was absolutely amazing ! The rooms are very clean because they are sanitized each day. My favorite part about bringing my babies here is that I could see them on a camera from my phone. I loved being able to grab my phone from time to time and check in on them. I also love how often they got potty breaks and time outside the room. They also have an enclosed patio that they can come in an out of as they please. The customer service was outstanding and the prices are great. I hate being away from my kiddos but this place really helped me feel better about it. But I wish they did military discount. It's always nice to save a few bucks and most grooming/boarding places offer it. Hopefully they'll consider adding it. This is an excellent place to leave your pet(s). We have been taking our three dogs here for grooming for over a year. They get a basic wash, blow out, ear clean and nail trim. We haven't boarded them here, but my daughter has boarded her dogs here twice without any problems. They are cage free meaning that your pets are not stuck in a cage all day waiting on getting groomed. That also means that you have to be on time with drop off and pick up so that their system moves smoothly. They have nice rooms where the dogs are kept after being groomed with a one hour window to pick them up. The staff will call you when they are ready for pick-up. They require a current rabies vaccination, and you can bring it in or send it in on the portal. I have seen many people come in without having paperwork showing a current rabies certificate, and I have heard the staff trying to call the vet to get the information to assist the client. I wait on two of my dogs. I book two hours, but they are both usually done in about 75 minutes. They are nicely treated. On the other dog, I leave him and wait to get called and do some shopping. We use Kathy for our groomer, and even though we have one dog that is a bit spooky, she manages them both with ease. For boarding, my daughter has boarded her two dogs twice for vacations, and she has another reservation made for about five days. She had no problems with the boardings, and the dogs looked well cared for. She could watch them on an app 24/7. Many people are quick to complain when they have failed to provide the correct documents to the facility, don't want to pay the required late fees due to their mistake in missing an appointment, or can't deal with their pet being out of their sight feeling that no one else can care for their pet the way that they do. It is unfair to give a business a one star for your own error or pettiness. read more

Best place for a groom in Fayetteville, it is the only place I can take my girl where she is comfortable and actually leaves happy. The pricing is very reasonable as well. While we don't use the boarding facility (in-home pet sitter for our boys) we do use the grooming salon and have been members of the pet park almost since it opened. The park is always clean, the dogs are all tested before allowed in and vaccines are required. The grooming salon does a great job on our senior Pomeranian who can be a real handful. He always comes out looking his best. Our older Greyhound has separation anxiety and they've been wonderful working with him to keep a buddy in sight when getting his nails trimmed or the occasional bath. read more

Although the resort has friendly staffing, their services aren't great. We paid almost $100 for our cat to be bathed, paws trimmed, nails trimmed, and a sanitary trim. We got handed back a wet cat and we were supposed to get more things done but we ended up paying for services we didn't receive. read more

We were so happy with Blessed Oasis Pet Resort!! We haven't boarded our dog Grover very often but this establishment went above and beyond! We would use the webcams to check up on our baby and see how he was doing! We even received multiple emails while we were on vacation updating us on how Grover was!! It was funny to hear them describe his personality to a T in just a few days!! The building and rooms are very nice and clean and I appreciated that they let us set up Grover's room before we left and were able to greet him at one of their outside play pens when we got home!! This place really is spot-on...I unfortunately needed to board my dog urgently due to work requirements, and I stumbled across this place via Yelp. Although it only had one review at the time, the photos they had on here along with that on Facebook definitely made it seem like a great choice. I scouted out the place the day prior to my little girl's stay, and boy was I sold. You can look at it from the outside and just KNOW that it is amazing. Joy showed me around - you have spacious rooms and outdoor "patios" for the dogs, ambient lighting, soothing music, and LOTS of outdoor play pens. It was very clean and did not have any weird feces or chemical odors, so that's a plus. Like Ashley stated, you can look at your dog(s) through their webcams and essentially check-up on them 24/7. And, the owners really look at each dog individually and ensure they are taken care of based on your instructions. After walking around, it truly seemed like all the dogs loved it there. My dog was ecstatic (and pooped) after both her stays there. It obviously seems like they are doing everything right. :-D read more

Absolutely love the staff and facilities here! My dogs just finished a two night stay. The staff is very warm and caring. They even stayed after closing and allowed me to get my dogs. I watched my babies on their mobile app which links you to the cameras in all of the rooms, grooming area, halls, and entrance. I could tell they were well taken care of. They were not anxious or overly tired when I got them home. I would recommend this place to anyone! Only about $10 more a night than others in the area and well worth much more than that! read more
