Tabetha did a great job on my Bernese Mountain dog, Brooklyn. She shampooed, washed, shaved, soaked her itchy paws, and brushed her to oblivion so my carpets are not cover in black fur. She treats Brooklyn with love and care which makes the whole experience a good one for her. The price for grooming is quit reasonable compared to many in the area. Very satisfied. A++ read more

Our dog is treated so well by the groomer and all the staff! She is a cavapoo and receives excellent haircuts there. Every time we visit the store to shop the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I think this manager is doing a great job with the store.! read more

Took my a large rescue dog for her first bath... They have self serving bath stations there which is amazing! It's $25 for a five visit punchcard and it's worth every penny to have the hose to wash them down and the two hair dryers... Not to mention not having a large wet unhappy dog in my house! They do have food, some small pets, and grooming services available on site too. read more

I like coming to this store! Its far better then pet-smart because there customer service is better by a lot ! The only problem i have with this store is 2 things . One , raw food for dog's selection could be better like raw dog food , being just meat and bone !! And with this becoming more common i hope you carry these types of products soon ! I know others will love these raw options as well ! Im from out west and a having a hard time feeding my dog who has special food requirements. Also the reptile section is light . We really could use better bulb selection . for us with bigger reptiles , we could use bigger mats and bigger Duba roaches ! We came in for pet wash. Dirtiest place ever. It had piles of hair in the tub we paid $14 to bathe my dog in filth. Should have gotten a discount for cleaning it up. Told one of the girls and the answer was a basic middle finger. No excuse. Definitely not pet value. So sad. Second strike as I have auto ship for the dogs food and it is never in stock. Had to go to Westlake to find it. At this rate I will not be back. read more

My experience recently when I brought my dog to be groomed went very poorly. When we first walked in the door I made her aware that he may bark but he's friendly. Me personally I would've approached the dog completely different. Two ladies were in the room and one did all the work while the other one just sat back and gave us all dirty looks. If you're going to work at a pet store you should have a little bit more experience, and know how to handle these situations. My dogs tail was wagging the entire time nor has acted this way with anyone. read more

Great location! This is a very clean store! Grooming is impeccable and loving! They have vendors offering free sealed and properly labeled food samples for dogs and cats! They are friendly, let you shop while not hovering to "help". I'm always blown away by their selection and prices, I do compare with Petco and other stores and they cannot match Pet Supplies Plus deals! Check out is quick and when there are 2+ in line they do not hesitate to open another register... what?!?! I know! Efficient and polite! Always ask for their loyalty card, which helps you get the most out of your money! Clearance items are clearly stated why they may be on clearance, which is nice! When I went is to look at there aquarium plants, fish, and bettas I saw multiple dead bettas and many more dead fish in the tanks and with the tank covered in great and black hair algae. There was also dog poop on the floor the was smashed. This place use to have beautiful tanks and bettas but it's all went down hill and none of the workers know how to care for the fish tanks. When I asked to buy some fish they didn't want to get it so I had to get it my self out of the tank. I just can't believe how downhill this place has gone in the years. I've really thought of getting a job her just to try and help all the dying fish and plants here. read more

They always seem genuinely interested in animals and more than happy to find the perfect food, habitat, or toy for your pet. Prices are actually not bad at all, especially for retail, and the friendliness and helpful knowledge of the staff is what keeps me coming back time and time again. Would shop here over any local pet shops any day. Most employees seem to actually know what they are talking about and care about the animals unlike a lot of chain pet stores (caugh caugh, petsmart.) everyone there is willing to help you and they don't act like it's the end of the world when they have to show you where something is. Took my dog for nail clipping service on Feb 01, 2020 (morning of). Advised them that my 40 lb, 6.5 month old Lab puppy resists nail clipping. (2) attendants attempted and failed to completed clipping on all four paws. I was then told 'time had run out for your service. I inquired as to why I was not informed of this prior to service starting. No answer was given, other than we're sorry that our policy. So you've force me into a position we're I must pay for poor, insipid performance. An great example of poor business practice. Hay i live by rittman and had a long drive and i passed one of there stores and i got a catfish that i payed 12 dollars for and it died that night because of a illnesses it had when we got it not knowing and when we brought it back they would not refuned it and they tested my water and it was 1 ph higher then need be wich is safe for fish still so i told them they did not care and kicked us out of the store and my son was crying because he did not get his baby catfish so i would say never shop and get some new employees that know what there doing thank you for reading have a nice day read more

Terrible customer service! I was trying for 2 days to place a $125.00 online curbside pickup order. Spent at least 8 hours doing this, their website would not process the order. I called Pet Supplies Plus Medina and talked with Jamie. Jamie said it was our problem & she couldn't help me place the order. What kind of business offers no kind of help. I thought she would have at least offered to take my order over the phone, being it was for $125.00!! Boy was I wrong. I feed stray/feral cats & have shopped at Pet Supplies Plus for years, spending thousand of dollars yearly. I think it's time for me to go elsewhere. By the looks of Pet Supplies Plus you wouldn't think that you would get the local pet shop feel and service, however it's a great place. They constantly host Vet Clinics that provide vaccinations, micro-chipping etc. for a fraction of the cost of a vet visit. I am also impressed with their customer service. My mother's cat is VERY finicky and constantly turns up her nose at food. Pet Supplies Plus has a great policy that allows you to bring back food (even if the bag is opened) for a refund (receipt must be included). This has saved my mother a good amount. They have a pretty nice selection of food. read more

ok. you guys need to learn how to tell the gender of your beta fish apart because we need female and the worker said "we can't guarantee you that these are females". any other pet store would A, tell us the gender, or B, have the gender labeled on the bowl that the fish is in. i am disappointed. read more
