Every pet that I saw being dropped off or picked up during my time there yesterday was so happy and looked amazing! So when a customer calls on the phone, they get bumped to a message machine because either the groomer is on the phone or away from the phone doing a client. When I arrived, the person on the phone made me stand and wait for a while, and then it was this person who trimmed my dog's nails. During that time, there was no one manning the phone or the front desk. A very poor way to run a business! But having said that, my dog's nails were well trimmed and the groomers were all very nice. The customers that came in also made comments about how pleased they were with the groomers there. So if you have patience and don't expect the best customer service, you'll most likely be very satisfied with the grooming service.

I was NOT going to argue about it, I just wanted to get my dog and leave. $95 for cutting his toe hair, nails, teeth, bath! RIDICULOUS! The other thing was no one called me to let me know my dog was ready to go, until 30 minutes before closing time. She said he has been ready! Wtf and when I got home my poor Austin was super thirsty! I originally had an appointment on Monday, tried to drop off, but they weren't open. They "forgot" to mention that they don't open early on Monday. So had to reschedule that appointment. I should have took that as a sign and not to go! Trust me I WILL NOT be back.
