When you call them a associate picks up the phone, and will answer your questions. Not like most stores where you are on hold for ten minutes, then get disconnected, or no one in that deptment picks up the phone. When your in the the store you can always find someone to help you, and most things are easy to find. I find their prices are competitive. The one thing I hope they offer in the future is having some type of delivery for large items. Someone to deliver, or truck rental.

I asked about a common med prescribed to cats and the doctor had no idea. So -- three is truly a charm because I didn't come here for a third time and won't ever return. If you have a dog, they MAY be okay at best but certainly don't bring your cat here. And even dogs--I wouldn't bring tbh. Weird vibes but friendly at the same time--save your time and stress.
