They need to do the following: *Give plenty of toys *ideally a bigger home (this is wayyyyyy too small) *proper pellets NO NUTS OR ADD-INS. (oxbow is a good brand and I've seen it in the store) *nonplastic hide (this can cause impaction, potentially killing them) *Proper bedding (kiln dried or aspen is great! NO PAPER!!! Paper also causes impaction and also causes death) *fresh hay. Only timothy. The staff needs to be informed on how to take care of the animals. this is cruel!
