Aside from this annoyance, I have to say I quite like this location because it's large, well organized, well stocked and feels clean when you walk in as compared to some other PetSmart locations I have gone to. The staff are friendly, and helpful. *I have seen other customer reviews regarding grooming/pet boarding experiences which is quite disturbing and unacceptable to say the least- I have never used their boarding or grooming services so my review is not about that. I'm the kind of shopper who knows what they came for; quick in and out, which is why the line up really bothers me so much.

PLEASE GUYS do better and clean up the place to make sure these birds and fish are living suitably. don't give me a stupid snarky response either to this feedback its unacceptable what you guys are doing at this place. give these animals what they need

When it was discovered that my dog had food allergies, they had wonderful recommendations on what clean food would keep my dog happy and healthy without causing any reactions like ear infections and itchy dry red skin. I find their prices are a bit higher, but not unreasonable, and you get what you pay for. Clean food without additives and preservatives, fillers and junk added, especially their frozen meats. I have been shopping there since I got my dog a little over a year ago, and I would not go anywhere else. Keep up the great work!! The Etobicoke location, is closer to me, but is less friendly and knowledgeable, so I drive the extra time to go to the Heartland location.

The reason I ask this, is because last week i drop in to pick up a 12 pack of Cesar dog food, and the price on the shelf was $12.99 and when he ran it up on the cash it came to $15.99 plus tax, so do you honor the mistake of not changing the price on the shelve .
