It's also always really clean in there. Once my doggo had an accident on the floor (super embarrassing) and the guy just walked right over with cleaner and some paper towels and took care of it. I felt really bad and offered to do it, but he said it wasn't a problem and jumped right in to take care of it. The staff are always very kind, patient, and helpful here. If you need anything, just ask and they can point you to it or offer suggestions. They even deliver for purchases over a certain amount (check out their website https://www.hollywoodfeed.com/). This has been a really handy and much appreciated feature when we're running out of dogfood but can't get to their store before closing time. They have toys, dogfood (frozen, fresh, and kibble), toys, outfits, snacks, treats. If your doggo has a sensitive tummy, they have options that will work for you. I think they have cat items too, but honestly, I'm never in need of them so I haven't paid much attention to those. Love love love this store. It's our go-to. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service! Every time I visit this store, I…read moreleave pissed off. The lack of care and service is disgusting. Every person I have talked to there was lazy, not willing to help. Just the most recent experience- I simply asked for a buggy tonight because I was buying a 35# bag of pro plan, and wanted to buy some toys on clearance for my 8 rescue dogs. The response was poor. "They are outside to the right" So I set everything down and go outside. No buggies. No help. He shrugged as we watched me struggle. So I put all the toys back and only checked out with the dogfood that I carried through the store and out to car. Never was offered any kind of help whatsoever- These people need to wake up and find some happiness and kindness in their work - or move the hell on. If that was my store, would not be tolerated. Take some pride in your employees and maybe they will reflect that into your customers. Sincerely, A customer that spends around $600/ month on dogfood alone.

My dogs have been going here for years for grooming but their last visit was a complete…read moredisappointment that disrespected me and my time. Their normal groomer is no longer working there so a different groomer was recommended. After dropping them off, I received a call 1.5 hours later telling me that my two miniature schnauzers were too aggressive to take out of the kennel to groom. THIS HAS NEVER OCCURRED. EVER! Upon arriving to pick up my un-groomed pups, the groomer said "It was very busy in here today and I may have reached for them too quickly." WHAT?! So instead of having a different groomer complete the job, I had to come and pick up my babies who have never been aggressive towards a groomer. The groomer was the problem and not them. I am beyond done. I contacted a different recommended groomer who was more than happy to take them on. You not only traumatized my pups but you wasted my time.

I scheduled an appointment with PetSmart in Edmond to groom my labradoodle right before he was to…read morehave surgery to remove a large tumor. The only available appointment they had was on a Sunday. When making the appointment they asked if I had records of his rabies vaccine. I told them that we had just moved and his records were still in a box somewhere at the house (we had not finished unpacking). I asked if they could call his old vet and obtain the information they needed and they replied yes. I showed up to his grooming appointment and they asked about his rabies vaccine and I said they were supposed to contact my veterinarian. They replied "Oh, we don't do that until right before the appointment" to which I stated "It's Sunday, they are closed". The girl then said "Well maybe the person making the reservation didn't realize it was for Sunday ". I looked at the girl in amazement and said "How could they not know it was for Sunday, they were the one making the appointment?" Needless to say, my dog did not get groomed (even though he was wearing a current rabies tag which they said wasn't acceptable).
