Then we saw the contract and it is more stringent than CPS. The contract effectively relegates the shelter to retain ownership of the pet. It calls for "home inspections" and the right of the shelter to reclaim the dog. Specifically, there are 18 provisions with seven (7) that allow the shelter to reclaim your pet. You must show proof of health care, notify them if you move, get their "approval" in the unlikely event you wish to re-home your pet, require "frequent updates" and information, and they maintain control of the chip registration. In effect, you do not own your dog and are subject to the whims and capricious control of the rescue shelter. During our discussions, Wendy tried to mislead me that these contract clauses were "the law." However, they are not based on any "laws," but merely shelter policies. Moreover, the representatives (Joan and Wendy) demonstrated little compassion, having found a perfect fit for this pet in a loving and caring home, but insisting on all of these restrictive, invasive and intrusive contract policies rather than negotiating an amicable agreement for an adoption. We fell in love with this dog and she with us. She was happy and had adjusted to healthy routines. She came with me everywhere. We are heartbroken, but dealing with such rapacious people is untenable. Wendy came by to pick up our family member and did not say a word. I found her to be dispassionate and heartless. If you adopt from Wags and Wiggles Dog Rescue, be prepared - you will not "own" your dog.

No, she is obviously following her passion, and that is shown through her customer service and love of our animals. We have been taking our dogs to Nicole for years (before this store even opened up), and recently one of our dogs passed away. It was only one night after her death did we know that someone had to phone Nicole to let her know. She wasn't just a groomer, she was a friend. She was so sweet to us and actually teared up when we told her of our dogs passing. Before she died, our dog used to walk freely around the store while Nicole finished up other clients. She loved coming to Nicole's to get pampered. I know this review is getting long, but I can't give enough praise to Nicole. She is very professional while also being extremely personable. Worth the price every time. :)

This is my local PetSmart store. They have an incredible selection of pet products. They have…read moremany different types of food, treats and toys for dogs and cats. There is a Banfield veterinarian clinic inside. We have brought both of our dogs there for years. The Vets and Techs are patient and supportive. My only complaint is that the prices at PetSmart are fairly high. If the prices were more competitive, then I would probably shop there more frequently.
