Below is a photo of how the groomer cut way too far into the quick. All her nails were cut into the quick and now exposed. My dog can not walk after day two. She can barely get outside to go to the bathroom. She cries and licks at her paws constantly. Additionally, the manager and staff tried to cover up the incident. This is dog abuse for a groomer to cut all nails so far and into the quick, and on all toes. My dog is sensitive to pain and I know she squealed at each cut. This groomer should be fired and Tailwaggers held accountable. I didn't even get an apology. The manager said she would tell the groomer to not cut the nails so short. Help me send a message to Tailwaggers. A post. A call. Don't get groomed there. If you're thinking of going to the center, find another center. People need to be held accountable. Dogs can't speak out for themselves, but their owners can.

If you know anything about puppy mill dogs in general, you know they are very skittish and not human trusting. LeeAnn works wonders with my Powder. LeeAnn is so gentle and loving with her and just gushes when Powder arrives for her groom. On top of being a puppy mill, Powder is also a dwarf and has deformities in her legs and torso. LeeAnn handles her so well and takes her physical issues into consideration when grooming her. I have been recommending her to anyone who asks and anyone I know who is a new dog mom or dad. After 4 hours my husband called Petsmart to check on our fur baby. He was told that they called the number on file over an hour ago. We rushed to pick up our dog and as they brought him out - they said we need a couple of minutes and they told me to step out of the salon. Apparently he was crated and had a nervous bowel movement but he was left to sit in it- so they shaved his butt and then used a cleaning cloth (with alcohol) on his butt. They told me to step out but I could still hear him crying loudly. He was shaved on his butt to the skin- I was beyond upset. I will not be using Petsmart in the future in Appleton and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience
