My dog is reactive to other dogs, he is a rescue from Humane Society. They were aware of this and I had taken him there a separate day ahead of boarding him there per their suggestion. Seemed to do ok. Was very disappointed and sad when picking him up from my vacation. He did not do well. He loves people and constantly licks and wants attention. Apparently not so there. They said he wa aggressive and they muzzled him to try to clean poop from paws and tail. NEVER had permision to muzzle him,sent 2 people in to care for him,did he ever get walked? was on meds for anxiety. Seemed like the wrong approach for a frightened dog. Was told they could never accept him again,as if I would. After calling Humane Society to talk about this they said they had same issue with their dog and would NOT recommend this place and everyone there agreed this dog loves people so something was very wrong read more

The staff were amazing in caring for my anxious, 4 lbs. special needs Yorkie. She desperately needed her nails trimmed and normally hates going to the groomer. She has a traumatic brain injury and seizures, and she starts to show seizure-related activity when she is even a little stressed. Like when I brush her.... I live out of town so I called ahead and explained her needs. While they don't take appointments for nail trims, I got some good time frames when the store would be quieter to lessen the stress of other dogs. Before I went, I called again to make sure it was quieter and there were enough staff to have one person trim her nails, and one person hold her. They were ready for us when we got there and the trim was so fast! I think she was back there for maybe 3 minutes! When she came out, she was barely shaking at all and seemed amazingly relaxed compared to how she is normally. The trim wasn't as short as they would have liked because of her limitations, but it looked *great* for what they were able to do based on my request to keep her as quiet as possible. Her nails even look a bit shorter than when she comes back from her regular groomer in California. Gigi and I say thank you so much!!!! read more

My family and I were recently in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to attend the EAA Air show. We were camping in our trailer and did not want to leave our dog alone in the RV  for 8 to 10 hours alone. Our dog is a rescue with separation anxiety so we decided to try doggie daycare.  We called and researched several doggy daycare places in the area and decided on A Touch of Class daycare. Boy are we glad that we did.  Marley was greeted by an enthusiastic worker who took her back to their large indoor air-conditioned room and introduced her to the other dogs.  When we picked her up, Marley's tail was wagging and she was happy to see us. We ended up bringing Marley back for two more days and Marley was happy to go. The staff was friendly, loving and professional.  The facility was very clean and spacious. read more

The staff here are just absolutely wonderful. We have a 7 month old Aussiedoodle who has a ton of energy and can sometimes be a little bit much, especially around new people and other dogs. Being new dog owners we sometimes don't know the best way to handle Louie but the gals at TOC have been so wonderful with giving us tips, and suggestions of the best way to train and redirect him in those tough situations. And they always give this feedback in such a kind and generous manner, never belittling or snobbish in anyway. It's clear that they also want what's best for your dog and have the experience and knowledge to share. I'm so very glad I found this place - I am now one happy dog mama. read more

This place certainly lives up to it's namesake, as they have spoiled my already quite pampered feline rotten every time I have brought him in for a nail trim or short board when I am out of town for work. These folks love animals and it shows in how they operate their business. Pricing here is admittedly higher than you will find for similar services elsewhere, but it is on par with the level of care and service provided by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also have a nice selection of retail items that are of very high quality. I feed my cat Orijen dry kibble as it is high in protein and grain free. This is about the only place around I have been able to find it. Most big box stores like Petco have never ever heard of it. If you have a spoiled pet and you don't mind spending a little more to make sure they are well taken care of, Touch of Class is a great option. read more

I love this place. I brought my dog here to be groomed because they were close to where I was living at the time. I dropped him off and they were VERY nice, and asked me questions about his personality. I received a call that he was ready, so I drove back to pick him up. When I got there he was happily playing with the other dogs there rather than waiting in a kennel - which I absolutely LOVE. My dog is a happy playful boy and tends to get very anxious when kenneled (unless it is HIS kennel). He was also sporting a new bandana around his neck and smelled and looked amazing. I just recently moved to the area, and needed a place to board two cats for a few days. I called and was able to easily make a reservation, and the staff helped me carry a quite heavy kennel in and out of the facility. I feel like my cats were well cared for, and they even got to have a window spot to watch all the bugs and birds! Planning on coming back if we need boarding for our dogs. read more

I have been taking my dogs to a touch of class for 3 years and they absolutely love it. The staff treats every guest and owner is if they are the only ones there. They manage the dogs with consistent and gentle expectations to prevent any mishaps. I have also boarded my dogs there many times and the staff goes above and beyond to follow all of the special directions that I have for my pets. I have recommended A Touch of Class to friends who have dogs that they felt may not be a fit for daycare. In every case the dogs were able to join the group and did well because of the staff's expertise. read more

i have never received such horrible service. The groomer, Amber, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I met. She has no compassion for the animals. I took my dog to get groomed there and for one it took over 2 months to schedule, then I called a week before the appointment and she gave me the wrong date. The day she told me the appt. was I took him in and now she wants me to wait another couple months and called me a liar. I have had friends warn me about her and how she mistreats the animals. No wonder my dog would always put on the breaks when going here. He is happier to go to the vet. I would never ever take any of my pets here unless you want horrible service. read more
