We decided she needed to be pampered after having a rough go a few weeks back after being spayed. Serenah was so sweet to us the minute we walked in the door! She provided a thorough consultation and made sure she was going to perform the specific services I desired. She quoted me a price before leaving and reminded me her business was cash or check only. She asked whether I preferred to be called or texted once the dog was available for pick up. When I went to collect her roughly an hour and twenty minutes later I could not believe how beautiful she looked. She was so shiny and manicured! We loved our experience and Serenah assured us the dog did perfectly fine while she was being groomed. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Two Ears & A Tail gained a loyal client today!

Our dachshund gets matted ears and the golden doodle can also get really dirty and matted fur! They always do a great job. Both of the dogs' coats look so shiny and feel so soft. The staff is always happy to see the dogs which makes it seem like they genuinely like animals. They give you a pickup time when you drop them off which is helpful but they'll charge a $25 fee if you're over an hour late because they don't have the space to keep dogs past the allotted time, which is understandable. They also take the cutest holiday pictures and always give cute bandanas/ties/collars!
