They are very unprofessional and immature. we had…read morestarted going there when we got our dog because it was close to us. she went there for 6 1/2 years and then one time they were behind and left her in the crate too long and she was upset and wouldn't let them cut her. they asked me to come get her which I did, once I got there, they explained what happened and said they couldn't do her today. Then the lady said she felt bad of it. I could get a cone on her. She would do it. So that's what we did. She then asked the next time I to get her medicine and we would do her the first appointment in the morning so she wasn't in the crate. Again I did that seem to be fine. I made another appointment and once I got there, they said oh the lady who her isn't here today can you come tomorrow? I said fine. I get a phone call the next morning saying they will not cut her anymore. I asked why and explained that they told me she took the medicine last time and was fine. The lady was very rude when I was trying to find out what had changed. She ended up telling me I'm sorry you have a dog that wants to bite. Everybody's face off and hung up on me. My dog is 7 pounds and has never bit anyone in the seven years we had her. very disappointed.

Within the past month we had an unexpected illness that meant we had to go to Cleveland for a couple days. Called last minute not knowing how long we would need to use their services. Very accommodating, our dog stayed 3 days. Came home no problem, and again we needed their services. We were unsure of how long we would be, they worked with us extending our dogs stay. They sent pictures and our dog was having fun. We kept in contact and let them know the situation. Our dog was going to run out of food because I only packed a week of food, I was under a lot of stress and they suggested that I could have Amazon deliver her food so I wouldn't have to leave to bring her food. I am so grateful for their quick thinking, and the way that they just kept working with us, not knowing our schedule. They showed compassion and understanding that I didn't expect. I was worried about my loved one in the hospital and it was a huge relief knowing I didn't have to worry about my dog. I knew that the people working there genuinely love animals and they saw what a sweetheart my dog was and allowed for her high energy and wore her out. She enjoyed herself, but more importantly we felt good with our choice. She went back after we got home and didn't even look back as she walked to the dog area. I would highly recommend the Hubbard Pet Resort. They really like dogs and it shows.

We have been taking our two dogs here now for about the past two years for grooming services. The…read moreowner does the grooming and does a fantastic job taking care of our grooming needs for our Peek-a-Poo and our Bernadoodle. In addition, we have used this place to board our Bernadoodle when we go on summer vacations and take out-of-town trips. The place is always clean and she requires copies of your shot records to make sure your pooch's shots are up-to-date. On one occasion when we picked him up, the owner said she had to throw away his dog bed because he made a mess of it. While I didn't ask, I just assumed he probably tore it up by chewing on it. On our most recent visit just a few weeks ago, she had to throw away the pillow that we left however she did wash the blanket we brought with him because he soiled it. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. Plus, my dog never seems anxious, distraught or unwilling to go with the staff when we drop him off which tells me he is being treated right. We will continue to use their services in the future.

Our 2 dogs were able to be kept in the same kennel which was perfect bc our older dog gets a little anxiety when he's alone. We dropped them off on Thursday afternoon and picked them up Monday morning. When we got there our dogs bedding was saturated in urine, water, wet dog food, and possibly feces. Due to the uncleanliness of their bedding after only 4 days, we won't be sending them back when we go on vacation for a week in September. I was pretty disappointed in this since these are by far the best prices around the Youngstown area but I guess you get what you pay for.

Small (great because you know they won't be overwhelmed), privately owned, owner lives on property, gorgeous location, CLEAN, huge runs, secure and safe. I drive an hour to get here because the places closer to me don't pass my inspection. She kennels them across from each other so they can see that their siblings are there with them. When my Chihuahua had gotten bad diarrhea (separation anxiety from me) she called me and allowed me to pick up everyone even though it wasn't a normal pick up schedule and bathed them when they all danced around in the poo. Worth every penny to know my kids are safe and in caring hands while I'm away.

On April 3rd of 2025 he saw Dr Costello who was to treat…read morehim for an accidental bite he received on his nose when he and his playmate both grabbed for a ball at the same time. There was no cleaning out of the infection, no culture to determine if the antibiotic would even work and no X-ray. After 2 weeks it still looked horrible so we returned and were told he had a hairline fracture in his nose so he was put into a cone for 6 weeks, given another antibiotic (again NO culture) and told to return in 6 weeks. So, we followed the instructions, finished all of the antibiotic and at the end of 6 weeks it still was not healed. At that point I was told by a second Bet here that "Oh that won't ever heal because there's a lot of bacteria in the nose! SO, we found another Dr (Countryside Veterinary Clinic) and he required surgery because Town and Country never cleaned the debris out of the base of the wound. It took a year, 2 surgeries, a 6 week routine of a liquid oral antibiotic, to finally get the problem resolved because of Dr Costello's poor treatment of an infected would. At one point I was told he might not recover. He was 1 1/2 at the time of the injury. DO NOT GO TO TOWN AND COUNTRY. If I could give a 0 I would.
