They set up a consultation to discuss my specific tasks for Wrig to work on to help me have an easier life. Wrigley left me as a highly energetic rescue dog with so much love and no spacial awareness. She was extremely smart but didn't know how to use it. After a month with Cadence K9 she came home a smart, fully aware, still so loving, extremely helpful service dog. They not only taught her basic commands to help me in every day life, but they taught her critical thinking in every day life. She went on field trips to get public training and she absolutely knew when she was working and when she wasn't. I was blown away. Just a week or so ago, several months after her training camp, Wrigley and I were out and about shopping. I was standing at a counter purchasing something and Wrigley noticed people walking close behind me. She switched on her own and made herself a protective barrier between me and the crowd. Not long after that I was walking through a restaurant and tripped and fell on a rug. Wrigley ran to the nearest person and got their attention to come help me up.
