So glad we visited PetSmart of Indiana. Bri is their lead groomer and does a phenomenal job, be it nails, bath, or full groom! We are blessed to share our lives with a wonderful, intelligent, lovable, often zany, 5 y/o Airedale Terrier. Bri groomed our Heidi recently and the results were more than pleasing ... our ADT looked like an AKC show dog (she isn't). Best of all, Heidi loves to go see "Miss Bri." As far as the rest of the staff, they are friendly, pleasant, and will share their knowledge of products when asked. Ali who now works on the floor always has a smile and takes extra time to recommend a product, without pushing to make a sale. PetSmart of Indiana is definitely a win-win for pet parents. Indeed.

It is located in a building with one other business, a vape shop. The reason I believe this building was initially something else is that the vape shop has a drive up window, like this used to be a pharmacy of some sort. With it sharing the space of the building, it has a weird setup up inside. Normally PetSmart has the whole building and this one is 2/3 the size. It felt cramped and I felt rushed when looking through here. We ended up going down the aisles and finding a quickly thrown together clearance section. There were some great finds there, but not necessarily on items that everyone needs. After feeling claustrophobic, I needed to get out of here. I made my way to the register, paid and had a nice chat with the employee and was on my way.

Alisha was calm, walked me through the steps I needed to take to retrain her, answered a ton of questions and never asked for a dime. She was so incredibly helpful and she gave me hope that I can get my dog back on track! Because of this spectacular service I asked her if she would be willing to do some one-on-one training with my dog. We meet this Sunday and I am excited to see what else she can help us with. Her individual rates are fantastic as well. Personally, I think she should charge more, but am definitely not complaining. The only bummer is that she may be moving soon because her husband is in the military. I'm going to take advantage of her services while she is still in town. Advertises military discount but was told I didn't qualify as only the military member can sign the contract and my husband is deployed, he finally honored after some discussion but asked to see orders and my dependent ID. Every appointment was late or rescheduled from their end. Not given clear direction on how to handle behavior problems with my dogs. They completely changed their plan for training after one session - I was verbally told I would be refunded for a partial session due to this and never was. Decided to terminated my contract early because of these issues and received a nasty email full of personal attacks including that he didn't think it was in my best interest to keep my dogs. As an added insult I was charged for extra gas and tolls. I have been a dog owner all my life and have had only positive experiences with other trainers, groomers and veterinarians. Reviews are turned off of his facebook business page which leads me to imagine that there are others with similar complaints. Update- 2 years later and Ed continues to edit his response with complete lies. Read to see what hes come up with this time, you'll get a good laugh. You can't take someone to court over 17 dollars and your discount isn't worth the paper it would take to print "false documents" What a clown.

My Vet felt you had no idea what you were talking about because you wanted my dog tranquilized and he recommended that we find a different trainer. He was so kind and put that all in writing for me. We only switched dogs due to your recommendation after 2 training sessions and only saw you for 2 sessions with the new dog. I can only pray people do their research by asking vets and read reviews. I've been nice and waited for a refund but you seem to want to keep my money. That is not going to be the case! You left me no option but to take you to court.
