The boarding kennels are very clean, well looked after and at a decent price. I've board my dog here from as little as 2 days to 19 days and never had a problem. They have a great selection of fish.I've had my dog trimmed here more than 50 times and they do a great job! My biggest complaint...and its been an issue ever since I stared to use the boarding services. With the amount of animals boarded they somehow need to open just the boarding drop off/pickup times. The weekend hours are especially short and the limited hours have caused us to change departure and arrival times from being away for work or vacation. A good example; I've arrived back in town at 6pm on a Sunday to find they close at 5pm, so my dog sits there until 6pm the next night..with work the next day its the only available time to pick the dog up and another days boarding. I've even had to adjust flights so I can get there when they open to drop the dog off and get to the airport as quickly as possible to make my flight. I'm not sure making a separate entrance with after hours pickup is the solution but I would have paid $10+ to pick up/drop off my dog a few hours either side.

However, it has been four months now and we still can't get anyone to come out for the in-person training packages ($359.99) At first their trainer "suffered a serious injury" but they didn't reach out to tell us this; we had to contact them for the update. They said they would call us when they had someone that could come out. Month later, we have to contact them since no one contacted us, but still no in-person training session. Recently, they offered to do a "Zoom Session" because the trainer was "too scared to come in person", but we didn't pay for a "Zoom Session". We paid for In-Person sessions so we could learn how to best train our dog (Maltese-poodle, very scary). We've tried to call about it and at this point we just want our $359.99 back that we paid for the in-person sessions since we didn't receive the service and at this point we're going to look somewhere else. If all you want is online training, I guess these guys are okay, but I'm sure we could have found the information elsewhere online without having to pay for it. Buyer-Beware if you're looking for someone to do an in-person session or for them to follow up with their customers. Today, we were on the phone for 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I contacted Renae via text and she was very responsive. She came within the time we scheduled and sent me a courtesy text 30 minutes before she would arrive. Grooming took a while but that's not a complaint, I'm glad she took her time with Bella. I wish I had taken a picture before she was groomed because she was a shaggy mess! Overall, 5 stars from me.
