This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact. These lies have resulted in the loss of three different sales.

If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! She took the loan company head on when they were going to delay our closing date, and never once made us doubt that we would be alright. She is honest, and always gave us her unbiased opinion based on numbers and the law. My parents took their home off the listing for the holidays. Dennis calls them and tells them that he has a "client who's interested in seeing the home" the next day "at 4 PM." Dennis replies that he did multiple times she never called back. **LIE.** **My parents, who are in their 80s, and my mother who has an injured back and arm and in a lot of pain worked hard to clean the house for this so-called 4 PM showing. This is ON TOP OF The fact that my sister is in the hospital with a serious case of seizures, stressing us all out, and my parents busy visiting her in the hospital twice a day.
